The rooms were clean and regularly tidied up. Each room was equipped with a kettle, a fridge, hangers in the wardrobe, and towels that were frequently replaced with fresh ones. The pool on the premises was easily accessible, and the water was pleasantly warm. The parking lot on the property was excellent and nearly empty, so there were no issues with parking.

The breakfast was the same every day with a limited selection of sweet options, and most of the food was cold, even when we went quite early. The hotel windows were dirty, which detracted from the quality of the view.

Room was clean, spacious and comfortable. Bathroom was great. Strong water pressure and hot water available. Basic toiletries also available Lobby had free flow water available. Professional and friendly service from front desk. Fast action on a mention of a broken lightbulb in the bathroom which was rectified within an hour

Tv's fan is constantly on even when the tv is turned off. Tv speaker is also buzzing so you can't hear much of what's happening. Some of the switches for the lights in the room are also buzzing There's a gap by the front desk where I think something used to be there. Got a fright when I tried to put a foot and fell in It's just a little far from the city centre, about 50 mins walk or 10-15 mins drive. There's not much food outlets available around too. Would imagine this would be more for businessmen accommodation

I like the location and environment. Its clean, very calming and spacious. The view is great. I can see the river cruise and sometime in the evening got people playing kites nearby. The parking lot is great! Its free and easy access to your room. The wifi is okay and I’m able to do my work with ease since my mobile data is weak in the area. I didn’t manage to try the hotel food but will definitely to try if I stay there again. Yes! I will definitely will stay there again if im back in Kuching!

There are few things im not happy which is my toilet seat got black spot stained that I cant remove by washing it. Look scary. The tv channel also limited and not clear but its okay.

We reached at the hotel around 10 PM, checked in procedure was following th normal procedure like photocopying passport etc. Check out was also as easy as the check in process even it was easier. Staffs was helpfull throughout our stay. We were offered to move to another room, because safe box was not working, and there were small leak from the shower floor. We were given a better room.

Minor dislike, swimming pool was small and the water was not that clean though it is still swimmable.

We did not have breakfast,(NOT INCLUDED ) the reception told us it is it was only a continental breakfast and plain Malay food for 20 Malay Ringgit. So we had lunch at the restaurant thinking the breakfast was not good. We order our lunch and have a conversation with the FB STAFF at the restaurant to find out it is a buffet breakfast for only 20 Malaysian Ringgit. Western and Malaysian food. We were surprised and we had breakfast the following days at our additional cost which was only 20 Malaysian Ringgit. The cost to the city center by taxi was 80 Malaysian Ringgit to drop only. We had a great time in Kuching and a beautiful hotel. The housekeeping did not clean the room only changing the towel, but she was nice. A Dayak girl.

The housekeeping did not clean the room every day The house phone is not working, We found out the cable was in the drawer instead, so it is not easy to call the staff by phone number, it was a phone with no reply ( haha) We went down to the reception to ask for room service.

The rate is very good for your money. We got the river view for a very low price from online booking. The room size is big. Water heater heats up very fast.

The check in staff didn't guide us properly how to get to our rooms. We have to find our ways from Tower B to Tower A by crossing over at Level 4. However its easy. We also a bit disappointed with the mall connected to the hotels which is closed. Maybe due to Covid19 effects. Hopefully the mall and business will reopen soon

THE ELEVATOR IS SCARY! THE ELEVATOR CLOSE TOO FAST. THE ELEVATOR ALMOST SQUEEZED MY SON ALIVE!!!! THE FLOOR (THE TILE) IN THE ROOM BROKEN AND INJURED MY FEET!!! 😭 I CANT CHANGE THE AIRCOND TEMPERATURE. I WAS FREEZING!! 🥶

Quiet place. Rooms are spacious. The beds were big enough and comfortable. A/C, hot water works perfectly.

Internet connection was terrible in my room (Room 1018). I couldn't connect, or when I was connected, it kept disconnecting. I had no issues using the same internet at the lobby.

The room was nice and relatively big on a higher floor with view to the river but a bit remote the area around. Had every amenities you would need. There’s a pool but it’s mainly for children, there’s a gym.

Check in time at 3 pm! So they asked my phone number to call me when it was time.. never did. At 3 when I went there two long queues for check in.. Pool is for children and didn’t really look clean. Gym has a couple of old machines and dumbbells. Non of the electric one was working.

My family loves the view from our room, the bed, the room and the toilet is clean. Overall quite spacious and cosy.

The pillow a bit smelly like something old and dusty. Luckily the linens are clean. And the towel is not enough, only 2, luckily i bring extra towel for my kids, and the toiletries is only for 1 person use, should provide extra according to how many person can fit in a room.
