The hotel was very nice and the beach was the best, we love this area! The culture and the staff were amazing and work so hard but are always smiling and saying hola! The food we had at secrets was great, the omelets in the morning are always superb as well as all the fruit. Miguel was great at the secrets dinner which is one of the restaurants we had access to. We had amazing salmon for lunch there, hamburgers are always a hit, the ceviche at secrets restaurant was the very best! It rained a lot while we were there this time, but the ocean is amazing! We did love the shower and the balcony. The fridge was stocked daily as well as they left snacks in the room. We could use towels bc we never got any fresh towels and never any hand towels. We will stay at dreams again!

The rooms were very spacious and comfortable clean compared to the other hotels that were built in the chain of hotels and that attracted me there. It is a great place to stay for two weeks or seven days. No matter what you decide to do here you will be taking care of tip often and break down the dollar amount so that you can spread it around. Hotel entire staff are very helpful and speak English but brush up the basics of speaking Spanish. They are offering free classes so take them the event staff! The pool are cleaned daily and the beach is clean and seating very good for sunset pictures or just relaxing and sleeping, getting the tanning done. All bars are open and everyone is happy seated. Buffet has superb food and drinks and opinions are pleasant. I was there 6days and 7 nights but met a couple people who come to stay for at least 14 days diving. You get all inclusive and rooms service is top tier for sure! I’m going back same time next year and taking more excursions!

room service had limited menu and was slow. took 1.5 hours to get our order. Not a lot of good beach area, some rocks in the water at the beach.

The food was sub par for this luxury resort at it's price point. The buffet was lacking in choices. Some of the food was cold and dry. The Pizzeria pizzas were Ok. The restaurant roof was leaking.

Very peaceful. Small resort, few restaurants, but you could walk to the neighboring resorts for their restaurants (they're included). This resort is newer and more modern than the neighboring resorts. Would definitely go back.
