Excellent property and will want to go back, everything was exceptional!

The resort was great, super clean, very courteous and helpful staff. The rooms were huge and cleaned every single day. The beach view and swim up suite were such a great bonus to the room! The buffets for breakfast and dinner had a huge variety even though vegetarian options were limited! The staff were able to customize some food for us!

our check in process was tedious, the desk messed up our rooms and assigned another family to our room so two families walked into the same room and then to change the room, they took forever which wasn't fun after a whole day of traveling. The beach wasn't great as well, small and not very clean. Vegetarian options for food were limited. Would have liked to see more vegetarian choices especially at the buffet.

It was good, had the traditional Mexican cuisine on the breakfast buffet. Wish it had more American food offerings on the breakfast buffet.

Breakfast was delicious, dinner was also delicious. Rooms were very nice. Staff were smiling and helpful. Pools and slides were awesome.

I ordered a cake for my son’s birthday and it was brought to the special breakfast that we paid for… but it was brought in the box and we had to cut the cake ourselves… this was disappointing for our son’s birthday. Other guests had the cake brought well presented and staff singing happy birthday

The resort was very kid friendly. All the decor was amazing and well thought out. The waterpark attached to the resort was huge and was perfect for all ages to enjoy. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Beautiful resort

The swim up pools in the suite were extremely cold to the point they were not enjoyable and we did not use them. Also I would have liked more variety of food to eat for breakfast and dinner.

Great place for families with small kids. The family is very modern and comfortable. Breakfast has good variety and overall good quality. The water park was a lot of fun for kids in different ages.

The beach isn’t so nice and it’s not comfortable to go swimming. The water in the hotel pools was cold so we couldn’t swim in it (and we didn’t see anyone swimming there during our stay). The food in the restaurants was okay.

The waterpark, characters, staff, food, service and shows were all great. My kids also really enjoyed the kids club. Shuttles were always available to travel to different buildings & attractions. App is nice to see daily schedule for characters & shows.

The room had a musty smell, wished they used the same cleaner in rooms as they use for elevators and common areas. The balcony pool is a cool idea, however the tile is an huge hazard for kids slipping and falling. The pools were also extremely cold, would be nice to be a little heated.

The staff were amazing. Facilities were very clean. We had a great time!

The hotel itself was clean and comfortable and the kids really enjoyed just being there.

The room swim out pool was Very Cold and have been heated or warmer. My kids didn't use it at all! The water offered life vest but they're old and outdated and wouldn't fit my 2yrs, 4yrs and 6yrs :(

The stores/shops are extremely overpriced, it's clearly price gouging the guests. I bought a medium sized SpongeBob and Skye plushie for about $85 EACH and the next day Skye already had parts falling off. The souvenir shop is a rip off. Other than that, the hotel Is nice and everything included in the all-inclusive part was amazing.
