Everything apart from breakfast

Unhelpfull autocratic rules regarding breakfast. I paid for breakfast in the room price but because I arrived very early I wanted freakfast on arrival and becuase I left very early I didn't want breakfast in the morning or departure. So I paid for one breakfast and expected to get one breakfast. However, the hotel staff insisted that I pay for the breakfast I needed on arrival and would not refund my breakfast (that I cant have) on departure!!! So I got one brekfast and paid twice. I didn't realise that the Hilton group was that low on cash!!!

The rooms were very clean and well maintained. The food at the restaurant was really good. 24 hour shop with snacks, meals, drinks and travel essentials was really convenient. Easily connected our own devices to TV with built in casting options. Staff were friendly and helpful. Comfortable lobby with airline departure screens to wait for our flight. Safe and secure luggage storage. Basic gym facilities. Great location for us with a 24h layover, but not ideal for anyone wanting to explore the city on longer stays.

The safety latch on the door got jammed which meant we got stuck in our room. Called for help they took a while to get to us but it was 4.30am in the morning. We had checked out early for a tour in Krakow, our tour finished early and we had several hours to wait until our evening flight, they had availability for us to book a room for this time but the day rate was very expensive so we opted not to.

Always use Hilton when travelling to and from Ukraine and this is a welcome comfortable rest between journeys. Staff are very helpful, restaurant is superb for dinner and breakfast. Literally 60 seconds from airport entrance. Have had delayed flights and the hotel welcomes you back to use facilities until your departure time. Travellers dream. My wife and stepdaughter also have very high opinion on hotel when they travel back to Ukraine giving the staff great compliments over their stay.

I sometimes find room rates fluctuate quite dramatically depending on season.

Not a first round here, appreciation to personnel for their assistance to relocate the room ( fully booked😉 ). Very good breakfast, consistent, the best meal of a day here. Location at the airport is super handy.

I haven’t spent a lot of time for studying the source of water from the dispenser in the corridor, however - it should be easy to identify. For those who are not willing to have water from unknown source, the option of factory bottled water should be provided ( actually it is - you can buy it at the reception ). Restaurant menu has various stuff, but to be frankly - nothing to choose from. Chef is present, it is noticeable, but for this particular location, I assume people need more quality, rather than performance ( I mean food appearance ).

Staying at the Hilton Hotel in Balice was fantastic! The location right next to Kraków Airport made traveling so convenient, and the modern, spacious rooms were perfect for a comfortable stay. The staff was incredibly friendly, and the breakfast buffet was amazing, with a wide variety of fresh and delicious options to start the day right.

The only downside of the Hilton Hotel in Balice is that its location, while convenient for the airport, is a bit far from Kraków’s city center. This makes it less ideal for travelers looking to explore the city extensively, as getting to the main attractions requires additional time and transportation.

-price, higher for what was actually offered -some of the dishes at the restaurant (seemed some pieces of the cheese at the plate were dried at the edges as if picked up from previous cuts) and the days suggestion beef tenderloin was left unattended: burned pancakes, extra salty sauce, broccoli boiled too much and served upside down.....it seemed as if the chef was sabotaged ( to our regrets). -some things could be fixed or better attended, sockets or devices on walls that droped down when touched, etc....

I really appreciated that fact that the hotel was so close to the terminal. After traveling throughout the county and out, I was enjoying the short ride from the main train station to the airport. A welcoming staff of the hotel met me with a smile. Also, that day was so cold, so the amazing menu of the restaurant just completed my busy day with a cup of Winter Tea and a juicy chicken sandwich. I had a feeling that I am melting. It was such a relief!

I like soap bars in the hotels, but actually it is not big deal. I love soaps. This hotel prefers wash soap in the showers. I understand.

The Hotel is in an excellent location just a couple of minutes walk form the airport terminal ideal for my early flight. The check in process was very smooth and fast. Staff were friendly and efficient. The rooms are clean comfortable and spacious with everything you need. the restaurant in the hotel was fantastic and although more expensive than i am used to in Poland, it is still excellent value. i would defiantly recommend the hotel to anyone

my only criticism would be the very large glass windows in the room as i was fairly low down at the front of the hotel i felt a little exposed. This is personal preference and others may like the light and view

The hotel is just next to the Kraków airport which is very time efficient during airline transit, both for family and business travelling. The room is noise proof even though it just meters away from the airport perimeter.

Since the hotel at this location, my expectation was, we should be able to have either 24hrs room service or better food selection, not junk and processed foods, but proper food, i.e., selection of sandwiches including vegetarian options, savoury products. Please also consider, it is important for customers to have selection of, both vegetarian, vegan food products.

The hotel is located right at the airport, which is very convenient for those people who have very early flights; they don’t need to go anywhere, check-in is available directly from the hotel. Very clean. Polite and helpful staff. Excellent sound insulation. Despite the fact that the airport is very close, you can’t hear anything in the room. Comfortable bed, several pillows.

Everything is very... minimalistic, like for a Hilton hotel :) There are no bathrobes, slippers, or minibar in the room, and the room itself is unusually small for the Hilton hotel chain. A bit noisy in the corridors.
