It was my third stay at this hotel. You can’t go wrong with them. The first two times I’ve struggled a bit to find it, but this time it was easy. I love the location: it’s so close to the train station and the shopping centre. The staff are very nice and friendly although they were fully booked last night and busy. The breakfast is very good too with the choice of English breakfast, very nice ham, pancakes, jam, nutella, nice coffees. I booked it in advance so the price was reasonable.

The neighbors were noisy in the morning at around 7.20am so they woke me up.

Very close to city centre - you can actually go pretty much directly from the Luton point mall on the first floor. Friendly staff. And it’s great that the breakfast buffet is included in the price. Comfortable bed and good shower pressure (and I was on the top floor) - nothing that I can fault. I’ll be returning.

I had slight difficulty finding the entrance - the easiest way is to go from Luton point Mall from the first floor, just outside TK Maxx

Clean room, with hairdryer, iron and ironing board, safe, bed was comfy and shower was hot with good water supply. Staff were pleasant and a parking space out front of main door, only £10 for 24 hours. Large TV on wall and plenty of choice for vegetarians for breakfast.

The view from the room was not the best, but would rather that than the room being unclean, was in town centre, so really not much to be negative about.

The location cannot be more central! 10min from the airport, right in the middle of town. 5min walk to the train station. Clean, comfortable, friendly staff, good breakfast. This is going to be my hotel when i need to stay in Luton overnight. I didn't expect much, considering the price but what a nice surprise!

Location, 30min with Themasink to St Pancras in London. Station 5 minutes walking from hotel. Comfortable beds. Close to food Nando's and Weterspoon with tasty and cheap food.

Location, hotel has perfect location to London but around hotel in the evening hanging groups of young people, drugs smell is overwhelming ,homeless people laying on the ground. Didn't feel self to walk alone in the evening. And as much as we understand that hotel can't do anything about surrounding, we would like to see some visible security around. Hard to find, navigation brings to street level, hotel is higher on the level 1. .

I've stayed here countles times before a flight out of the airport in the morning, and it's always been just fine. You can always get a free cup of coffee in the reception area, and the breakfast even includes vegetarian sausages. Close to the train station and the place to get a cheap bus to the airport, what more is there to say? Free wireless internet? Also good.

The rooms and bathrooms are a bit tired, but I guess renovating them would mean a rise in the price, so perhaps it's best to leave them alone. The immediate area around the hotel can get quite rowdy at night, so bear this in mind if you're a light sleeper and the weather's so warm that you'll need to keep a window open.

Perfect location for a tourist ... the Luton Interchange (Railway station and long distance bus station, including the Airport) is basically outside the hotel. One of the Luton Mall entrance is also just outside the Hotel ... one can't expect more from an accommodation. The room was cleaned every day, had everything that we need and the stuff very helpful and well-mannered. The 2 coffee machines located in the hall way were an excellent idea, you can have as much coffee you like any time of day and night .... a big plus for that ! The breakfast was ok .... plenty of food (continental type), including the traditional English breakfast (sausages, back bacon, eggs, tomatoes, mushrooms and beans).

Everything about this hotel was amazing! The location is great. Right next to the shopping mall so you can run and grab anything you’ve forgotten or need. The all you can eat breakfast was brilliant with so much to choose from (cooked breakfast, yoghurts, berries and other fruits, pancakes, cereal, toast, croissants etc). The room was spacious and clean, even had an iron, ironing board and hair dryer. The staff were all so friendly and helpful. I will definitely be using this hotel for future events in that area. Thankyou!

Nothing…everything was perfect.

Beds were comfortable, the free WiFi was speedy, and the staff friendly and helpful. Had to use your key card to access the building out of hours so felt safe at all hours. Just a couple of miles from Luton airport if you're flying out and the train station is just down the road.

The parking is limited - I recommend using Crawley Road Car Park for a couple of quid rather than gambling with trying to get a limited space at the hotel for a tenner, or fiddling about with The Mall car park which closes after midnight. The breakfast wasn't huge but was free so can't really complain.

It's great value for money and perfectly located for commuting to the airport by bus. Breakfast is traditional English, which I like, so I'm good with that.

Reaching the hotel on foot was a bit tricky. Google Maps correctly took me to the building, but there was no entrance. That's because it's on the level above, reachable via the next street over and up the ramp to the hotel car park. There was no hotel direction sign and the ground level is not a very inviting place, especially when arriving on foot at night.
