The room was really big, I got a bigger one than I ordered which was nice. The equipment of the room was of a good standard and I really liked the bathroom.

The first thing is about the facilities of the hotel where the pool was closed and probably due to the off season the other facilities didn't seem to be open. However, the most annoying thing was that overnight in the port next door some ship (by which I mean a huge ferry or something like that) had its engines running and it was a really annoying noise that lasted for hours.

I really appreciate the reception employee (osama) he was professional, smily and very helpful. I will come back again to the same for Osama specifically.

The night receptionist who worked on the night of 6 to 7 Jan is an amazing value in this hotel. No question is too much and always smiling when you see him.

Unfortunately there is no bar or room service after 1-2 AM, luckely the receptionist helped me out with a drink!

The room’s need some renovation and modernisations.

Location within easy reach of tourist attractions, public transport and taxis immediately outside the hotel. Staff were extremely helpful, courteous and kind, they couldn’t have done more. Breakfast good choices. Rooms very quiet.

Access to the plugs for adapters and chargers.

Perfect location, close to the city and public transport. Walking distance to La Rambla, cafes and restaurants. Staff were lovely, very helpful

When there were Cruise liners in the port, it became really noisy. The cruise staff would use their loud speakers and there was no way to avoid this.

The location was ideal. Beside the harbor and across from La Rambla. It was within easy walking distance from the marina stores and adjacent to a cab stand and connections to all tourist busses. This hotel is elegant and perfectly maintained. Our room was quite large, with a couch and pull-out bed. Bathrooms are marble and glass with fine fixtures. Floors and walls are large panels of well-oiled wood. There are three large stainless elevators. Check in and wait staff speak English. There is a large lounge, next to which is a small restaurant for fine dining. The breakfast buffet has a large selection of local and international foods with an endless supply of fine coffee and even a selection of gluten-free breads.

There were no restaurants outside the hotel that were easy to reach after dark. The electrical plugs are the old European inset model with no way to plug in any modern electrical equipment without a plug adapter. The hotel had only one adapter, which they loaded me, but guests should know to bring their own.

The hotel is good situated, near to restaurants and to the sea. The staff is really friendly. It also has a gym and a pool. Also the view out of the balcony is nice. Near to the hotel there are taxis. Also if you like to walk, you can walk in about 1h to the sagrada familia. If I go back to Barcelona I would take this hotel again.

We've tried more than once to order something as a room service. Normally, nobody answered. Only one time as the reception answered for the restaurant we could order. It seems a little outdated. We couldn't really close the windows to the balcony, and because of the ships it was a bit loud.

Amazing hotel, spectacular room and view from our balcony. Staff were all super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good if a little expensive

The only thing we didn't like is the location - its about a 10-15 minute walk to get to the nearest bars & restaurants and a bit further to the nearest metro. We mistakenly assumed that we would be close to the beach but it was too far to walk to.

Great Location, very close to cruise terminal as well as the city centre. Perfect for a pre or post cruise stay. Very friendly and professional staff.

The hotel is well kept but looks and feels quite dated in particular the rooms. Would be perfect with some renovations.
