Location is not ideal if you are coming to explore Barcelona. It is far from La Rambla 25-30min walk. However, it is great if you are coming from or taking a cruise. This is why we chose it. Also, the AC stops on its own even on cold (not auto) so the room can get hot at night. It did not happen every day. We asked the staff to check and they said it was working properly. We had two rooms and it happened on both. I assume they set it up like this but again we did not receive an answer.

The property was ok. We were going on a cruise so we decided to pick a hotel close to the port. The room was fancy and big enough for being in Europe. Personal was very helpful at all times. Cocktails at the lobby bar were amazing!

The room wasn’t clean enough; dusty spots were observed at some areas of the room. It also needs some maintenance. The price is too expensive when compared to other properties in the area; that’s include the prices for the food and drinks.

The room was really big, I got a bigger one than I ordered which was nice. The equipment of the room was of a good standard and I really liked the bathroom.

The first thing is about the facilities of the hotel where the pool was closed and probably due to the off season the other facilities didn't seem to be open. However, the most annoying thing was that overnight in the port next door some ship (by which I mean a huge ferry or something like that) had its engines running and it was a really annoying noise that lasted for hours.

I really appreciate the reception employee (osama) he was professional, smily and very helpful. I will come back again to the same for Osama specifically.

The night receptionist who worked on the night of 6 to 7 Jan is an amazing value in this hotel. No question is too much and always smiling when you see him.

Unfortunately there is no bar or room service after 1-2 AM, luckely the receptionist helped me out with a drink!

We were very impressed by the goodwill and dedication of the hotel staff. Especialy ,we would like to thank Miss.Sara at the front office ,for the warm welcome,sympathy,professionalism and the help she give to us.

The room’s need some renovation and modernisations.

The breakfast was very good.

The hotel restaurant was terrible. Food arrived cold and had to be sent back. Order got mixed up. Taste of some items was not very good.

The hotel staff on reception were great, very welcoming and accommodating. We had a junior suite.. plenty of space for 3 of us.. very comfortable. The pool, albeit very small, was a very welcome addition as it was very hot! The location is good, not the most attractive views as the hotel is right on the end of the port which has a lot of cruise liners coming and going but it’s a few minutes walk to the start of Las Ramblas where there’s plenty of restaurants. Excellent public transport locations on the doorstep.

There wasn’t anything we ‘didn’t like’- however we did have an issue with our air con in the room and despite asking twice, it wasn’t sorted. The area of the suite where my bed was, was incredibly hot, the air con (when working!) didn’t extend to that section which made for quite uncomfortable nights sleeping! The only other thing I would say is that the sun loungers on the 8th floor could do with some umbrellas.. there is no shade at all unless you sit in the restaurant area.. I also witnessed 2 people slip on the stairs from the pool so warning is needed.

Location within easy reach of tourist attractions, public transport and taxis immediately outside the hotel. Staff were extremely helpful, courteous and kind, they couldn’t have done more. Breakfast good choices. Rooms very quiet.
