I have been coming here every year for the last 5 years . Love this hotel . Very chilled out relaxed vibe . As a solo traveller they make you feel so welcome . The rooftop bar and pool is spectacular. The spa is so relaxing and very well kept . The staff are always smiling and friendly and helpful .

WiFi could be stronger .

I’ve stayed here many times. The rooms, pool, spa, rooftop bar and breakfasts are excellent 👌🏼Some staff, particularly the pool staff, are super friendly.

The hotel needs a refresh. Some aspects are looking tired and this makes the room rate seem very expensive compared to when it first opened. Also, not all staff are friendly.

It was luxurious. The pool on the roof and the main pool along with the spa were all outstanding. I like the Cava when we arrived and we were sent up to our room with a bottle, which was a lovely gesture.

When we arrived, very tired the guy on reception had trouble finding my payment for the room and I had bought the weekend away as a 50th bday treat so the last thing I wanted was my husband to feel like their was a problem with the payment. He couldn’t sort it that night and said it’ll probably be ok but I had to chase with the staff member who had sent me the link to pay on WhatsApp the next day so there was no follow up to reassure me either, I had to go to them.

Good buffet style breakfast with a choice of everything you would expect, and items cooked to order if required. A little hectic at times. Tables outside were plagued by seagulls swooping in if tables werent cleared quickly . Staff did the best they could to prevent this happening. Spacious room with good sized shower bath and balcony and comfortable beds. Cleaned every day by friendly staff. Really Really excellent spa and gym. Excellent bar and restaurant facility near pool, with excellent service for drinks and food delivered to sunbed.

Hotel policy on reserving sunbeds needs to be reviewed and enforced. A time period ( say 45 min to one hour) put on reserving sunbeds. Towels and bags were being put onto sunbeds with nobody using them for 3 or 4 hours. The fridge in our room was not working, maintenance visited 3 times but was unable to fix it. They should have just changed the fridge. We had no fridge for the whole of our stay. Excellent location with just a short walk to the marina with a good choice of restaurants. Entry/exit to pool via steps was precarious with loose tiles and needs to be looked at, and new non-slip tiles installed.

The room was fantastic, beautiful view, and the adult only pool and bar on level 5 was wonderful. We didn't have time to use the spa but the facilities were amazing, and the restaurants were superb. Breakfast which we paid for to have included was incredible with a vast choice to suit any diet or preference. The hotel is a really lovely stroll away from the marina which is alive and buzzing with restaurants and bars.

The hotel had a private function on one of our 2 days there so we were unable to use the facilities on level five which was one of the main reasons we chose the hotel; so we were sad to not be able to use the facilities for a full day and night, but made the most of it on the other day.

I loved the rooftop pool and bar that was only available to adults until the early evening. The spa is amazing. The breakfast was excellent. The Peruvian restaurant is incredible and they very kindly let me order late one evening which I was very appreciative of. The yoga class was wonderful. The concierges were superb as were the front of house staff and the staff at the restaurants and bars made me feel extremely welcome.

I wish the rooftop was adults only in to the evening as well but understand why it’s not. A few more umbrellas or sun cover at the rooftop area.

facilities and staff excellent

The area at the top of the steps getting out of the pool is dangerous. The marble slabs get very wet and slippery as you get out of the pool and my partner slipped over bruising her wrist. We also witnessed 2 other guests slipping over. The surface needs to be made non-slip. The roof top pool and bar is fantastic but again there is a timber step up that is the same brown colour as the deck and in the evening light cannot be seen clearly we saw 2 people stumble over the step. The edge of the step needs to be painted white. Other than these points the the hotel is great.

**Hotel Review: Aguas de Ibiza, Ibiza** My best friend and I recently had the pleasure of staying at Aguas de Ibiza, and it truly was the perfect location for a relaxing getaway. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the excellent service provided by all the staff. The reception team was welcoming, the valet parking was seamless, and the concierge was incredibly helpful with recommendations and bookings. Every interaction made us feel like valued guests. One of the highlights of our stay was the rooftop bar, where we spent many evenings enjoying the stunning views and delicious cocktails. It was the ideal spot to unwind after a day of exploring the island. The ambiance was simply unbeatable. The hotel's location is also excellent, especially if you have a rental car. It offers a peaceful retreat while being conveniently close to many charming restaurants, all within a 15-minute drive. This made it easy for us to enjoy both the tranquility of the hotel and the vibrant dining scene nearby. Aguas de Ibiza also boasts top-notch facilities that added to our experience. The gym is well-equipped, making it easy to keep up with our fitness routine during the stay. However, the real gem is the spa. The serene atmosphere, combined with a range of treatments, left us feeling completely rejuvenated. Whether it was the soothing massages or the relaxing sauna, every moment spent in the spa was pure bliss.

While our experience was overwhelmingly positive, there are a couple of areas where we feel there could be some improvement. The breakfast offered was good, but we did find it a bit on the pricey side for what was provided. Additionally, we noticed that some guests were reserving sunbeds by the pool by leaving their towels on them, which made it difficult to find available spots at times.

Our stay here was incredible. Firstly, my wife and I travelled with our 11 month old, the hotel and its stuff were super welcoming, friendly and accommodating. The whole experience was incredible, the room (corner suite) was gorgeous, we'd have loved to have had the view of the marina but it is what it is, it was large, well kept, beautifully modern and tended to daily by housekeeping staff who to were extremely wonderful. The spa was insane, large, loads of different rooms and facilities, the gym had modern equipment well kept, the various outdoor spaces were stunning, great decor and general fengshui. But the rooftop was the jewel! Highly recommend this hotel, we actually intend to come back!

Lifes too precious to focus on the frivolous things, there wasn't anything egregious to comment here.

This is such a wonderful hotel, what an amazing find! Very accommodating front of house staff, and super welcoming for families, however my only flaw was that some bar/restaurant staff aren’t that friendly or helpful, and you don’t want a room facing a the building site opposite currently!! Spa is amazing, and the kids hour is such a bonus. The kids club itself is fantastic too! Would recommend the rooftop restaurant as the food was amazing.
