I came in uncomfortable, fighting my own demons, and left still tense—but one staff member managed to make me smile before I checked out. The room exceeded expectations for the price, even if a couple things were missing—like a mini-fridge—and an unexpected no-show from someone I was counting on. Still, I didn’t mind going a bit out of my way for the overall value.

What didn’t I like? Well… there was no fridge, and the beach nearby? More like a sandbox behind a gas station. And let’s just say my “guest” bailed halfway through—didn’t even stay for the free shampoo. Socially? Awkward. Vibe? Off. Felt like I showed up to a party that never happened. Weird night all around.

It’s close to everything

So this is tricky. Before being to hard on your review remember this is one of the cheapest accommodations in the san diego area. Just a bit above what two beds in a hostel would cost. I knew what i was booking when i got this room. So i brought my own cleaners and requested a new bedding set because the old one was dirty. It was fairly clean otherwise. No roaches or bedbugs. It’s a good value for what you get. The staff were friendly.

I am in between lodgings and looking in the area of Chula Vista. I have some difficulty walking, but I have to say there is no lack of opportunity for getting what you need in this area because it is very near to stores and the bus travels nearby. The staff is Accommodating and pleasant, and I would come back here, except I have to change the lights in the apartment because they are bright white and they flood the apartment.

Appliances worked it was small and simple. The bed didn’t have a top cover tho. The bed was lumpy and the towels weren’t fully stocked. The curtains weren’t hanging on right. And there were only 2 pillows.

I know that this isn’t quite the staffs fault but the staff asked to have every guest come to office to check ids I never heard of this procedure before. It didn’t really make me feel safe especially if I never had a room there before.

Clean room the TV and the remote works the staff is really nice and courteous the only issue I really had was that there was no towels but like as soon as I got to my room they had brought me some as soon as I got the room I wasn't even in there for like 5 seconds and they brought me towels so that was good.

The fact that there was no towels in the room when I first got there but they quickly fixed the problem so I was happy about that.

A hotel functions the best as my home when I, a U.S. citizen, have been running for my life from persecution in the catastrophe caused by corruption in the United States where my father’ invention in medical science has been generating more material value every day than the annual GDP of this country or the annual US economy. If you can accept a third party’s payments — the payments from my daughter’s father, my ex-husband Feng Zhou, I will come back to San Diego, for my survival under Article 25 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights till my family can live in our homes we paid for with our “quadruple legalized money”. Please believe the fact that I won three authentic rulings evenly from the three branches of top power of the US government for my family’s three civil cases. It is the financial resources generated by my father’s published, patented, and publicly used invention that will be distributed to settle all of my family’s legal cases accumulated over the past 22 years. The worst happened in my hotel living was our payments were all stolen, because the infringers in this country have been pointing their guns at me: “If you cannot survive, then you will surrender!” Please keep our law enforcement authorities and heroes well informed to protect my life and rights and to protect your business.

I always had doubts when it came to Motel 6, but not anymore. I have stayed at the ones that are close to this property. They were awful when it came to graciousness. Their staff was inept and tried to over charge me for for several deposits while I was using a platinum credit card! I especially want to thank and commend Mary! She's the best I was exhausted and without her I probably would have slept in my car (never to do that, yet), but I could not deal with what I call The Brand X motels! Thank you for a relaxed and comfortable stay! Mmmwah

It was too close to the horrible motel$ 😎

When we arrive the staff was outside the office in a meeting, there was a man down the side walk wrapped into a blanket of there's , during the check in this man exposed himself to my wife it took another incident for them to call the police, my wife is traumatized over this... The hotel didn't even apologize yet alone make things right , it ruined our stay

Peaceful and secure. That fact of having a security officer makes people feel safe with having their cars in parking lot secure and prevented from any crime, and also one way to go in and out of parking lot of hotel because they secure one side of gate leaving other side open is good security as well. Great customer service at front desk when checking in. And not allowed to smoke outside anywhere near hotel rooms but 25-30 ft away from premises us good for people who don't smoke and u are allowed to bring your pets with u they welcome them at hotel awesome!!

No toilet paper in bathroom or any extra one and towels missing only one hand towel available and small size can't even use to shower myself had to go buy one at store. No ice at vending machine again.

Look sometimes its a matter of a couple dollars or having to let go of a deposit which makes it impossible for some of us to stay in a room and we end up on the street. This hotel gives us a way to sleep without worrying about the police harassing us cause we are stuck out there, or being stuck in the cold. For one night we are free of worry and comfortable in a bed. So anyone complaining about walking a couple feet to get towels, pay another 150$ and have them delivered. I'm keeping my $150 and taking that walk. Thank you motel 6
