The staff was incredible. Shout out to Daniella who helped us with the umbrella at the beach! Received a complimentary room upgrade at check in and the room was incredible. View of the bay was off the charts, bed was comfortable, bathroom very clean and roomy. No issues with the free wifi. This hotel has a text line for anything you may need which was super convenient. The pedestrian access to the beach was convenient and not too long of a walk.

We were not told that the self parking was $47, instead we were surprised with it on the bill at check out. The beach accessible to the property was contaminated. We weren't notified of this upon check in at the property either, however there were small signs posted at the beach.

This is perfectly placed for someone who wants to go to California but doesn’t want to deal with the traffic and the noise every second of their stay. Right off the scenic route on the Silver Strand, on an island all by itself with the bay surrounding you and the ocean just minutes away. This place is clean, beautiful, and full of friendly staff ready to help you, plus a delicious restaurant!

The only thing that was a little confusing was the parking, initially. There’s a garage that runs under the whole property, but it’s easy to miss when coming in for the first time and trying to find a place to park and check in. During my stay it looked like they were redoing their outdoor parking spaces so none were available, making me do a loop around the entire island before I went into the garage and parked long enough to check in and get a self parking pass. If that sounds like too much work, there is a valet service out front.

The location is great and view is gorgeous both day and night.

The wall and outlet and restroom had damage and could use some maintenance. I dislike that the charge 15 dlls extra to use streaming service with my own device to cast to TV.

I booked three rooms with different people showing up at different times and I was last and they would not let one of my group check in without a credit card which he did not have which meant my daughter had to use her card and a hold of 741 has been placed for up to ten days. That is really disappointing because I showed up later that evening and had to spend quite a long time at the front desk returning everything to my card and still they left this hold on her card when I had provided a card at reservation time. My room 5120 had a strong musty smell and could probably use some airing.

Our room had a view of the pool and it was absolutely beautiful. Location was awesome. We ate in the main restaurant our first night and had the best meal (Salmon and NY steak) and our waiter Antonio was outstanding and made our experience incredible. This was our first visit and will definitely be back. Your facility is beyond beautiful and yet you make it so "homey and comfortable" wherever you want to hang out.

I called 3 times (kept getting disconnected) to see how early I could check in and every time I called the person who answered seemed bored and ready to go home so it was not the best impression. Also I had to ask 3 times to get my luggage pick up from my room and had to wait about 45 minutes total and it was not a busy Tuesday morning so not sure what the problem was.

Location was nice. Rooms were clean. Beds were nice and comfortable. Very comfortable pillows! Food at restaurant was good.

One employee checking us in on Monday, February 3, could have been a little more friendly and accommodating. She acted like she just wanted to assist us as fast as she could so she could quickly go on to the next guest. She didn't give as any information about the hotel such as where the restaurants were or where any other amenities were. She really needed to be more customer service oriented. Unfortunately, we did not get her name.

The location and the privacy of our room. We really enjoyed our evening meals at the Cays Lounge. I believe the bartender‘a name was Scott. He stood out as being friendly and helpful. We also had wonderful housekeeping service. I wish I knew her name but I can’t remember it.

I felt like the adult pool and spa were not adequately identified as such. The towel cabana staff was good about letting folks who had their kids in there that they were welcome to use the other pools but that was for adults. I think some sort of signage would be helpful.

Nawaf went above and beyond to accommodate us! There was a critter in the jacuzzi bath but Nawaf took care of it for us. The folks here were amazing and friendly. Someone was even nice enough to gift us two cigars. The whole experience was unforgettable for my family and I. Someone’s father included my children in their pool activities playing toss the ball and it made me tear up!! Such a heartwarming experience. What a great man, role model! It was really nice!

Nothing to complain about!

Absolutely beautiful property with water on all sides. The bathtub was a beautiful soaker tub that you can really stretch out in and fully submerse yourself into. Our room was large and comfortable and we slept beautifully in the bed. Our room was also very quiet. The internet connection was easy to access and fast - important because this was a work trip. Room service was quick and responsive as was the help desk. The restaurants were very accommodating - we were able to make reservations for colleagues to have brunch with us on our last day. My car warning light came on as we pulled into San Diego and the staff advised us on a great shop to get help at, too!

No complaints, our stay was perfect and as expected.

All of the staff were so amazing!!! Everyone was so nice. The location is INCREDIBLE! The sunsets were unreal. The location is the best part about this hotel, for sure. I brought my dogs and kids. There's only a couple things that come to mind about our stay that I think could've been better. Overall, I didn't want to leave. I'd definitely come back! The restaurant on the property was GREAT! The outdoor fireplace was one of my favorite spots to wind down. The pools were so wonderful. I really appreciate how easy it is to navigate through and around the hotel. I love how dog-friendly it was. The grounds were so beautiful.

The property could use a little facelift. For the amount of money the guests pay to stay, I am sure that Loew's could afford it. The pool nachos weren't good. My server at the pool ghosted me. My phone in the room didn't work. The balcony is NOT little dog friendly. My dogs could not go on the balcony because there was a large gap between the balcony rails. My little dog is blind and easily would've fallen to her death.
