My check-in process was seamless, with the staff being friendly and efficient. The property's location is excellent, making it convenient to explore San Jose. My room had a very comfortable bed, which ensured a restful night’s sleep. The view from the top floor was stunning, adding to the overall experience. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the area.

The breakfast selection could be enhanced, particularly with more variety and fresher options. I believe this would greatly improve the overall dining experience.

I loved everything about your hotel our stay was great the only thing I didn't like our bathroom didn't have a ventilation fan only had a little toilet paper not enough. Very peaceful place as we needed to rest after a funeral. I'd really love to stay again in the near future.

Location, and just being a traditional hotel. Front desk reception was very attentive to my needs

TVs from the early 2010s (remote would lag 3 seconds… yes, one of those), ice dispenser on floor was broken (we were suggested to go to the 3rd floor as much as a sign in our room said we could request for someone to come up with ice), run down furnishings, white lighting. There is also a fee to park overnight ($15), WiFi is also an additional fee, as well as breakfast.

Great hotel everything was so nice and clean. Staff was very nice and attentive. When asked for extra stuff would provide. Pool was great clean and warm. Very accommodating to an early check in for my family as arrived earlier than believed. Receptionist always available to help.

There’s is a daily parking fee which I do not agree upon. Especially since it’s for people staying at the hotel. Fee should be for extra company or people not staying there.

The hotel was nice and clean. We used the pool. The reception and housekeeping staff were friendly and helpful. There’s not much around that area but there are shops a short drive away. The downtown is not far either.

The hotel is located just next to a highway but with windows closed it’s quiet.

The location was conveniently located near the freeway. Check in was very fast and easy. After reading the reviews I was a bit concerned about the cleanliness of the rooms. The room we had was spotless.

The bed was comfortable. The room was spacious.

There was no microwave or refrigerator in the room. It was not cleaned well. Urine under the toilet seat and the lotion on the counter had dried fingerprints on the pump.

The rooms were nice. Comfy bed and high pressure shower. Large pool and parking lot. Nice bar.

Room needs a refrigerator and the pool needs to be cleaned.

My room did not have a remote told staff and they did not have one so no tv while I stayed there. No discount for that. And breakfast NOT included for the price I paid is a wth. But front staff very beautiful.

I didn’t know you had a breakfast. It’s very close to my children, I’ve stayed here many times.
