Everything met or exceeded my expectation. The bed and pillows were comfortable, the water in the shower was hot and the breakfast was very good. especially liked all the healthy options, like hard boiled eggs and steel cut oatmeal.

We stayed multiple nights. I told them at the front desk that housekeeping didn't need to change the bed everyday. All we needed were fresh towels.. On our last day I had to ask for towels because we didn't have any clean ones and the used ones had not been picked up by housekeeping. When I went to the front deskand ask for towels everyone was vey nice and accommodating.

The location of our room was perfect for our small, elderly dog. Breakfast was alright, wish they had bacon, waffles or pancakes as an option

We were told that there was no maid service, no one would come clean our room unless we asked. Someone came into our room and put in clean towels and took the trash. Our dog has diabetes, so we have insulin and needles, and it was very unsettling that someone came in our room when we were told they would not.

The size of our room was amazing for the price we payed - we loved having a little sitting room and dressing table area in the room as well as the obvious sleeping area. Everything was very clean and comfortable. We also enjoyed the little bar area in the lobby with happy hour, it was nice to have pre-drinks before we went out for our dinner! It was great having a small fitness centre as we were able to get a bit of exercise in before indulging in food and drinks!

The location could have been a bit better - we didn't feel incredibly safe walking around the area of the hotel at night so forced us to either drive or get a taxi. It was nice having a pool, but we just wish it had been indoors rather than outdoors!

Our room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great with a good selection.

The property was clean, inviting, and well maintained Terry was the front desk person and he was kind and patient,a real asset to the hotel. The breakfast was excellent as well as the little food bar they had.

We arrived late at night after driving and were met by a very friendly front desk attendant. She was kind and friendly, a relief being so tired! The room was clean and well kept. The breakfast was a little different each day and was so good each time. We could happily stay here again!

The pillows in the rooms are down or feather, for a side sleeper it was not good. They swished straight to the mattress. I had to find a store and purchase a new pillow.

Great location for where I needed to travel to daily. The staff is excellent, very courteous and helpful. The hotel is very clean, the beds were quite comfortable.

I really wish that the lighting in the bathroom area was stronger. I would really love it if the coffee for breakfast was a better quality.

Road noise (next to freeway). Glass noise insulation could be better. Heavy sleeper so once asleep not an issue.

The staff were amazing. Robert and, can’t remember her name, on swing shift were very pleasant and accommodating. The happy hour was spot on. Even if you don’t drink Robert was friendly and talkative and the others around socialized and had a good time. This is a good add. Made it feel cozy.

So far back with no signs to get in. Some homeless walking around area.
