The location was nice and mostly clean. Pricing was fair and staff was very helpful.

We reserved 2 rooms and both of which has an odd, slightly unpleasant odor. The bathrooms could have been a little cleaner, particularly the tub. Having small children who normally use the bathtub, we were uncomfortable with them sitting in the tub and there was not a plug available to plug the bathroom. Additionally, both bathtubs had excessive hair in the drains that caused the water draining to be slow, so we stood in an inch or so of water every time we took a shower. I felt as though the pillows were a bit small, but that may just be me being petty. Thanks :)

We loved hiw simple it was. No bells and whistles. All essentials were present. Cozy and small with just enough room to maneuver. Just right to have a place to rest.

Breakfast is very limited. The Cafe downstairs is great (not attached to the hotel) Guests were quite loud coming in during the wee hours of the night.

Waffles were good. Nice to have fridge and microwave. Coffee and tea available. Convenient ice machine. Staff friendly. Room clean and comfortable. Property dated. Smelled of cleaning solutions.

The staff was super helpful and welcoming. It is clean and cozy. The price was very reasonable compared to other places.

It smelled really good when we just arrived but then from the following day on you could smell like a musty or unpleasant odor. It’s further from Walmart and other shops than I thought.

The hotel was very convenient to medical services I needed. It was very clean, quiet, spacious, and everything in the room worked well. The staff were pleasant and very helpful. Excellent value for the price.

Breakfast could have been served until 10am rather than only until 9am.

We did indeed have a free breakfast -- packaged breakfast egg, cheese and sausage sandwiches -- yogurt -- cold cereal -- and a waffle iron with waffle batter. The hotel and our room was recently renovated and very nicely updated.

If I had had my wish, there would have been fresh eggs and the ability to make toast, but cannot really complain as we did have a free breakfast!

We loved how close you guys were to the hospital and everything else yeah we had to take the highway a lot and it was very convenient

We didn't like how one of the housekeeper opened our door before we could say hold on a min and we were in the middle of getting dressed mind you it was 10:50 and check out was 11am

Cereal and waffles for breakfast. Yogurt. Orange juice and coffee good. Filtered water to replenish water bottles all day. Bed comfortable.

Due to the weather, swimming pool water was hot.

Okay needs a actual cooker not the maintenance guy doing everything

Maintenance needs to improve ceiling had water damage told the maintenance guy and his response was like yeah we know but can’t do nothing right

Breakfast lacking a more comprehensive food. Make your own waffle is fine but scrambled eggs and potato’s would be an enormous selling point as well.
