I honestly loved everything about the property. I have no complaints at all, my experience was that good! I took the trip for my Birthday & leading up to it, I had already planned to go to Orlando, so I was searching & trying to decide on where I wanted to stay. I did my research thoroughly about this resort, to the point of watching YouTube videos about other people’s experiences. My experience was nothing short of Great, I wish I stayed longer😭. I will most definitely book a stay at Parc Soleil again!

This property is amazing. It is closed to everything you would need, shopping, restaurants, about 25 minute drive from Disney parks. The room was very clean, we had a view of Epcot, so watching the fireworks at night was pretty cool. Property has parking which it was great and you get complimentary two coffee or two water bottles per day. There is a gas station across the street with other close by places to grab a quick bite and a Target about a mile away. We will definitively go back and stay here.

Parking is something else. While I was there I saw someone doing damage to the car that was already parked. Parking spaces are extremely narrow so dont rent or bring large vehicles unless you have to. That is the only negative thing I have to say about the property.

Hotel itself was great with lovely big rooms, which were very clean, and two good sized pools. The hotel staff were always very polite and helpful. The hotel is in a great location if you want to go to either Disney or Universal (both about 15-20 mins drive depending on traffic). It also had a lot of free, onsite parking which was great for us!

I didn't like the daily fees for the hotel ($25/day). We were told this was for daily servicing and we also received either free small bottle of water or a coffee each a day for this. The coffees, however, could only be hot/black coffees and nothing else. It did feel a little like hidden fees and I am not sure that what we received was worth $25 a day. I think it would be better to simply include this in the overall cost of the hotel for transparency, although this does appear to be something that is fairly standard in Orlando, so just read the small print! Overall, we did really enjoy our stay.

Everything was good except the cleaning guy that would not give me trash bags when I asked him in the hallway. I saw the guy in the hallway, asked if I can have a trash bag and his answer was "no". Asked again because I thought maybe he didn't hear my question and he said again "no". I had to walk to the front desk in the rain with my son's just to get a trash bag. Totally unacceptable, however the guy at the front desk was very helpful.

Nicer workers, even if they are front an outside agaeny. They are representing your hotel brand as well.

Super well maintained "resort". Lovely pool area, empty at 7AM in the morning (February). Choice of 4 hot tubs around the main pool. The surrounding area has had big development over the past few years and there are now many eateries nearby, including immediately across from the entrance. A brand new supermarket is only 5 minutes up the road. A small on-site shop serves takeaway type food (a little expensive, but to be expected) and Starbucks coffee (included in the resort fee). There is a small lake surrounded by a paved walkway for easy exercise for all ages, with music playing too! Some rooms with balconies have a view of the Disney fireworks around 8.30PM every night. Each building has 4 fast lifts to access the ground and internal lower garage. A big THANKYOU for supplying an electric kettle in the room, which I used to boil water for tea having brought tea bags over from the UK. I had a larger apartment which is very spacious having kitchen, lounge area, large bedroom, large bathroom and balcony. I was less impressed when on my first visit I stayed in a small hotel like room, which was a disappointment. So pay more and get the apartment type room. I am already looking forward to returning in 2025.

As usual during check-in there was confusion over the resort fee, which I had paid in advance. I was asked to pay half again, but after showing the booking website, it was quickly sorted. Again in the lobby I got the hard(ish) sell to attend a timeshare presentation. I did this once in order to get a room rate reduction, but never again. Some couples might find the offer attractive, but the freebies offered don't really work if you do not live in the US.

Very clean, wonderful customer service and beautiful resort. I would definitely stay there again.

Everything was wonderful outside of the two listed minor issues. Also, the staff was so nice and pleasant which is hard to find these days!

The only two issues I had was the lamps beside the bed didn't work properly. One of the lamps just flickered on and off and the other one, didn't work at all. I had to use the light from the bathroom to see in the room when it was dark outside. I told an individual who called about attending some kind of meeting. He said he would send someone but, nobody ever came. Also, the closet was stuck and hard to open so, I really didn't use it much. They weren't huge issues and the room itself was perfect!

Great location, friendly staff, big room, big balcony, and I love that you park in a garage.

Balcony is big which is great but there is a really bad Gnat problem. We were on the 11th floor and they were everywhere, I had to buy two cans of bug spray and spray everything to put up like a “ shield “ to fend them off. It worked but they eventually came back. Sprayed the balcony Thursday evening, they came back Sunday morning. Maybe put a screen or a bug zapper. Also the sink fills up pretty quickly while washing dishes, had to stop midway to let the water go down.

A very good location with quick access to the Disney and Universal parks, local restaurants and supermarkets. Facilities in the room and around the resort were nice, well maintained and clean. Staff were super friendly and attentive - I particularly liked having the ability to text the front desk with any questions, which I found to be more convenient than calling (although that’s still possible).

Very minor - it would have been nice to have had a few more utensils in the kitchen and a drying rack for the washing up. Also some recycling facilities - the amount of plastic we used and had to throw away felt excessive.

Liked that the staff was very friendly and provided assistance with any questions we had!
