Our stay was not bad, the bed was comfortable. The room was clean. I liked the wooden floors in the rooms. The staff was friendly. The location was good, lots of restaurants around. We left our pillows and their staff contacted us before we left town. Grateful for that call.

The furniture was a bit dinged up, the refrigerator had rust on the front of it. The bathroom needed a little work. We did not like the carpets on the stairs and in the hallway at all. The carpets were nasty and outdated and in desperate need of replacement, especially since that's one of the first things you see. Makes the hotel look very run down.

ROOM SERVICE!! You ladies and gents are amazing! On point scrubbed the bathtub blew my mind when I seen it amazing you don’t see good room service these days they even did an amazing job sweeping and mopping the floor in are room are twins are something keep up the amazing work you all need a raise for everything you do . ! The Room was awesome we had 2 queen beds and the room was a nice decent size clean NO BUGS ! This place is completely bug free we were here for a whole week with are kids for my oldest sweet 16 best stay so far yet . Hotel staff in the front is also sweet and very accommodating. Will be coming here for all are vacations thank you to all staff you were all very pleasant especially room service can’t praise you enough on the cleaness . Keep up the amazing work . 💕

Clean room, microwave and mini refrigerator and a good size tv.

All night I could hear other guests walking, talking along the corridors and slamming the doors of their rooms and that made it hard for my kid to stay asleep. The room can also use some upgrades like a closet, iron, some mats in the bathroom.

It was an exceptional grab and go breakfast, the maids was extremely helpful with the house cleaning and making sure we had everything we needed

Wasn't use to the night time traffic and the sirens all during the night, when you live in a small town it's like being in another 🌎 world.

Comfortable bed. Friendly staff. Good muffins for breakfast. The goodie bag with water and chips and deodorant was a nice gesture.

A clothes iron would be nice in the room. Bagels and cream cheese would be nice too for breakfast, but the muffins and fruit were great!

I always find the place quiet, clean, and a good value for the money. I have been staying at this particular location for over 15 years now.

I wish the rooms were more uniform and all like Room 120. That is my favorite room of all I've stayed in there. I understand and appreciate that upgrades mean more cost to the consumer and I'm quite content with the facilities as they are now. ONE SUGGESTION - please upgrade the satellite TV package to INCLUDE the golf channel! That is the MAIN REASON I'm in the Jacksonville area each time I'm down there.

We were traveling, and this was convenient for us to the interstate. It was a little dated and just a little shabby, but other than that we weren’t expecting great things we weren’t there, but for spending the night. The big negative was him to drag all your luggage up the stairs because there’s not an elevator. But I knew that ahead of time.

I was very thankful the room was ready on time. The atmosphere was simple but welcoming. When service was needed at front desk there was a prompt response. I would stay there again.

Going out from the hotel. It is wise to locate the back exit to the red light available for getting into traffic. Glad we found that. If you go out the main road entrance you have to go right, enter the left lane, look for the designated legal "U" turn for a needed left turn direction. I recommend the red light to have the right of direction needed, otherwise the location is very convenient. There's a wonderful Cracker Barrell 👏 that is simple to get to.

I wish an iron could have been in the room or available.The rooms could use more lights. A little dark. The bathroom door did not shut in this room.We told them at the desk.

Breakfast lacked a lot. Store packed muffins,whole orange, coffee not very satisfying. Wife doesn’t drink coffee, nothing else available

Breakfast! Didn’t like metal bed frames, it you bumped made a loud noise, don’t think beds were actually queen size
