I've stayed here a few times and really find it to be very comfortable. Rooms have great lighting, USB plug-ins for your electronics, as well as several electric outlets. The comfortable beds have several pillow choices. The staff is always helpful and friendly. I enjoy the rooms overlooking the pond and fountain. Watching the birds, ducks, and other little critters is fun, too. I would highly recommend this hotel. It is a good place to rest and relax, away from home.

It’s always quiet

The ice machine was broken and soaked the carpet but the wet floor signs were up near the machine not at the end where the carpet ends. When I stepped off the carpet not knowing it was fully wet my feet came from under me and I hit the floor. I jammed my finger and hurt my knee. The attendant was more concerned with informing about the wet sign and picking my ice cup up to refill it rather than helping me but thankfully a customer made sure I was okay and helped me up

Holiday Express is a hotel chain I prefer because because the property always seems to meet my needs: Clean, spacious room, better than average breakfast included in the room rate, small but adequate fitness room, and helpful staff. Very near to a range of restaurants and stores (Walmart, grocery, etc.).

Would have liked a shower head with spray adjustment for more pressure.

I just enjoy this place. This was my 3rd time staying at this hotel. I'm always greeted with a smile when I check in or anytime I come to the front desk. My request for a shower only was acknowledged, I appreciated this very much! The lighting in the room was good for reading at night. The view from my room was beautiful, overlooking the water and fountain. Check in/check out was easy and quick. Bed was comfy with an assortment of pillows. Housekeeping was very good.

The only problem I had was the lamp on the desk didn't work.

Staff was friendly, room was clean and the air conditioner worked great.

One morning the power went out in the breakfast area & the next morning we could not make toast

Hotel was very clean and staff exceptionally friendly and helpful. Very good breakfast provided. The room was very nicely done and the bed comfortable. There is ample parking and a nice pool. Top Notch property!

Breakfast was excellent, and I appreciated the fitness facilities. Our room was large and comfortable, all of the staff were helpful and accommodating.

In front of Walmart the hotel ihop and dick wings right outside the hotel stores where close by you didn’t even need to drive to them

Everything was good

Location to hospital. My sister evacuated due to hurricane Milton. Why she was staying up there with my sister she had to have emergency surgery.

There no discount for family dealing with emergency at local hospitals.

Cleanliness, the staff was friendly, rooms were nice the location was perfect close to family for us.
