The hotel smell so good as soon as you enter the doors the fragrance hots you. The hotel was clean. Customer service was on point as well! I loved walking in the room seeing my name on the tv that little gesture was nice

Its not a dislike I didn't take into consideration that although we have a hypoallergenic dog there will be other pets there. My sons has asthma and one of them had an asthma attack during our stay. Oh, buy your snacks before you go 5.00 for a candy bar and a regular bag of chips is a bit much, will for me.

I enjoyed the size of my room, as well as the facilities as a whole. The Gym had exactly the right and enough equipment to get my training done

nothing I could say that really caused me dislikes, I understand that for the paid price, I have to expect not to have the best parking or view, which are things I was no looking for, when I did my booking

Breakfast was very good. The staff was very friendly and pleasant. The rooms are great with the kitchenette and great beds and room to lounge.

This time our room was not cleaned very well. O was a bit disappointed being we paid the most we have ever paid for a Home2 and we stay in them all the time. The bathroom floor had hair on it like it wasn’t swept and the fridge and such had not been wiped down and the garbage was full under the sink. It had not been emptied. I am sure they were very busy but for 280 a night I was expecting clean.

Great location, within 30 mins to beach, 10 mins to St John’s town centre. Very clean and comfortable hotel. Pool was a good size.

I think a safe would be good in the room.

I really like the room is good enough for family. We can make our own food. It has open burner and nice space . Good swimming ,small gym but better to take exercise ,clean all hotel, Its Beautiful all hotel around .

I donot like breakfast .i ate for not to be hungery ,not really good. Not different variety

The location is great. Close to dining and shopping. The room is spacious and it was clean and supplied well.

The breakfast needs improvement. The frozen eggs were not good. No meat was offered at all. The waffles you made yourself were good. Shower head needs improvement, the water pressure is low and it takes a long time to heat up.

Only thing I didn’t like was the bathroom doors wasn’t secured
