poor communication betwee booking.com and hampton inn I had to add additional day to reservation to booking so contacted booking ,com and then talked with desk at Middleburg Hampton, The clerk added an extra cot but did not add extra day so when my son and family it was a hassle to get then checked in with 5 kids and just driving in from Arkansas, I had hoped it would be smooth manager finally got it straightened out and they were given the keys,

Newer hotel so everything was clean and smelled nice too.

Online it said they did not accept pets except service animals, however when I checked in, I noticed a sign that said cats and dogs allowed. I prefer not to stay at pet friendly hotels for personal reasons so that was quite disappointing. They should update their website. Also, only one elevator worked. The working one was a little wonky as well.

This is a very comfortable stay. I love the beds and pillows. Great to have a nice sized refrigerator and microwave in room. We loved the complimebtary breakfast and all day coffee service and lemon water. We used the pool and it was an overall great experience. We've been before and we'll stay again. The hotel staff were also very friendly and accommodating. Its also off a main road close to many restaurants.

Breakfast was delicious and fresh and something different each day which was cool. The beds were so comfy. My family slept like newborns every night!

Room service didnt come to clean our room until around 2 which isnt that bug of a deal but it was during my daughters nap time so our room didnt get clean during our stay. We left intentionally from like 10-1 thinking it would have gotten done then. I guess next time we could schedule it?

Upon walking in I was greeted by Andy. He had great customer service and made sure he went above and beyond to make sure everything was right. We had a little issue at check it, however he was on top of it before I even knew there was an issue. I would most definitely recommend this location to anyone thinking about staying here. Their breakfast is good also. You have the choice of strawberry or regular waffles…they even have a few toppings to where you can create your own! Overall, great service, clean establishments, great location!

It was modern, clean and just minutes from Calvary Baptist Church. The fresh baked cookies upon arrival was a nice treat for us and the kids. The breakfast was filling and delicious! Yasmine did a wonderful job keeping up with the hungry crowd!

The elevators smelled like hydraulic fluid. The price to stay was expensive.

I loved the cleanliness and beautiful fragrance.

The only thing I didn’t like about this hotel were the pillows. Such a luxurious hotel should have fluffy bed pillows that do not flatten when you lay upon them.

The room was a great size and nicely appointed. The breakfast was good. Parking was also good.

The gentleman that checked us in was efficient and friendly but pretty much any of the other employees we crossed paths with were not very friendly. Some were somewhat unprofessional.

New property. I loved my room - 2 large double beds; bathroom with a shower and not a nasty old tub; clean carpets.; and comfortable beds.

The location. If my friends did not choose this hotel for their wedding party, I would have stayed somewhere else. The location was not ideal.

Very clean and nice. I like the provided toiletries. Pool. Free cookies. Highway access. Ease of check in and out. Andy, was very helpful. Breakfast was nice.

Housekeeping slams the doors very loud repeatedly when cleaning making it impossible to relax during the day.
