Everything was great. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great. Only problem was very unfriendly cleaning lady outside our room upon our arrival and this morning when we checked out. We are Florideans and not used to rudeness. She never said good morning NEVER answered us when we greeted her just had a nasty expression on her face. She must hate her job. We loved this hotel and will stay here again. We were in room 202. We live in Florida. We were in a leisure trip.

The breakfast was good my bed was comfortable and your staff was good. The area was great.

I didn't like that y'all allow animals in the hotel's. Big ones at that. They need to be in one area, cuz barking when a person is trying to sleep is not good and they do carry fleas and I know y'all do not sanitize that room and clean them carpets after those dogs leave or any kind of animal and that's very unsafe and sanitized for a person who has allergies. And Wi-Fi sucks

It was very nice place, clean rooms, nice staff and the free breakfast was good and lots to choices, I love that it still has a small coffee pot in room, for us coffee lover. Its got lot on outlets for your phones and other electronics. We very much enjoyed the stay. Will stay again on the next trip to Jacksonville. thanks

Well there is only 2 thing I seen that needed to be fixed, was the side door by pool was hard to open, cause its coming loose, and the A/C in room was a little louder when on then use to. but we slept good.

The large window had no blackout curtains. Two very bright street lamps outside made the room full of light the whole night. It was hard to fall asleep and then, when awaked during the night, fall asleep again. My dog had the same problems! At 3:00 a.m. I had to go out with him for a walk, as we do in the morning. He was really confused.

Very convenient to I10 and the softball fields where we were playing in a tournament. Comfortable beds. Breakfast had hot food that was replenished often and offered a variety so all 6 of us left satisfied.

The door to enter both our rooms creaked when opened or closed.

The staff was very helpful and friendly, the facility and room was nice and clean. Philip at the front desk took the time to answer my questions, even though it was check out time and they were very busy. Other staff that I did not know by name were friendly and made you feel welcome as well.

All whole staff was friendly and accommodating. The room was quiet and big. The shower was equipped with shampoo, conditioner, and great body wash. It has a microwave and fridge too.

I couldn't adjust the AC below 68, but I understand why.

The location is great, the rooms are clean and spacious and the breakfast very nice. The staff was very attentive and nice.

My only complaint is the beds. They felt like I was sleeping on boards, they were so hard.

This is the second time we stayed at this location which is perfect for the second stay of our trek from North East MA to SWFL.

Although we slept well, I mattress seems ready for replacement.

The front desk person that greeted us and checked us in was fantastic! She made us feel welcome and gave us a lot of information about the local area. She was very helpful trying to situate our room next to other family!
