The place was cheap and was clean . It was also in a very central location.

And my family is still fussing at me. The rooms are a fenced in front porch. This was a last minute cheap choice

he Van Zant House was a very exciting experience and is one I would recommend to anyone thinking of renting. My family and I loved the layout of the house, which was perfect for a little family. There are bunk beads and a room inside a room, and then there is a master room. I definitely loved the large kitchen and the open room for cooking and chatting, but my favorite room of all was the play room. I got to teach my son how to play pool at Lynyrd Skynard old stomping ground. The weather was perfect while we were there, we sat outside in the shade with the perfect breeze blowing and a cold beer. It was definitely an experience I would not mind doing again! Thanks Todd for the great service and hospitality we will be back!

The place was very cheap, but the cleaning expenses was extremely high. The living room and kitchen were exactly what was expected.

For then to say this was a 2 bedroom with 3 beds was an extreme exaggeration. You could clearly see that they bricked in the front porch and a trolly bed that is 5 inches off the ground is not a 3rd bed for an adult. Also, the flies and mosquitoes were out of control. The “screened in porch “ kept all the flies and mosquitos locked In ready to flood the house as soon as you open the entrance door.

I absolutely LOVE everything about this place. I can't complain about anything here. It's just so homey and comfortable and relaxing. You guys have to book these units. It's worth every penny. The owner is the bomb and the house keeper is the best. From the staff to the units, everything is very positive and welcoming.

I didn't like that I had to leave this wonderful place and go back home! 😕

The property was near where we needed to be. Beds were comfortable enough.

Smell of smoke coming in from outside because of the AC unit. There was a “strict no smoking policy”. So don’t know if it was neighbors or another unit.

I love the historic of the property. It was a great place to take my son for his 11th birthday. He absolutely loves music, and he absolutely loved the band after learning about them upon entering the house.

It felt like we were living in the 1970's again. We loved the vibe and especially the history. It's definitely a living museum.

The neighborhood worried us at first but everything was fine.

Missing some of the little "extras" I've become accustomed to in an air BNB. (Little shampoo and conditioner, guidebook). The shower was small (short) even for me.

the history, how much at home it felt…like you are staying at the cool grandmas, that rides motorcycles lol love the fact that some of the guest have added stuff to the house…so to contribute we bought a whiskey glass set for everyone to enjoy use your stay! we had such a blast! & we’ll definitely be back!

Hope to see the flowers & gardens kept up a little more, it’s a work in progress & they’ve done an amazing job with the place though!
