The staff was supper friendly and helpfully. The self parking was a plus. Location couldn’t have been better, looking out at the city skyline at night from our balcony was everything. The star of the show were those awesome warm tasty freshly baked cookies at the front desk!

I didn’t like that we had to walk through the lobby and past Ruth’s Chris in swimwear to get to and from the pool. I also didn’t like that there were huge stains on the floor and we had to call to have someone to fix the slow draining sink.

The view from the fifth floor is really breathtaking. 👌 the Hyatt Regency across the river has an advantage on this spot though. The facility is just old at the Hilton and could definitely use a face-lift to bring in to the now. It was nice but a name like Hilton should make it beyond nice the lobby is the greatest feature. Time to put some money into this doubletree that could be branded a better Hilton being it's location right on the Riverwalk. Do something quick Hilton before you get run out of town. Knock that old dilapidated building down and build an even taller Hilton premier resort and it will work there is money in Jax stay cations are becoming more popular and the river needs a fine resort. Oh yeah could may have broke our spirits some but cmon with the lack of room service bring back room service asap. It's time to go back to normal and no roomservice is not normal so please bring back all night dining and roomservice and stop charging for the breakfast greed brought down Rome not competition, stop with the greed and get back to hospitality!!

No roomservice, don't leave a request, I requested a single red rose be placed on a pillow and could not get one and wasn't even acknowledged about my request. Luxury means doing whatever the consumer finds luxurious so tighten up on requests especially reasonable ones.

It’s was walking distance to get on the riverboat and u can also just walk around to others restaurants and buildings and the view of the river walk is very nice and the hotel was good location

Because I wanted to be right at the river view and the price was good also

Location to most things we wanted to do

My first room looked dated. The balcony door wasn’t working , they switched the rooms and the bathroom looked like it wasn’t clean writing was on the glass in the shower. So that tells me that they didn’t properly clean the shower. I bought my own cleaning supplies and I cleaned and wiped some the room. The AC unit wasn’t working properly and it leaked so the carpet was WET….

I liked the staff at the front desk as well as the house cleaning staff.

I did not like the price point of booking.com versus other sites.I wish that there was non pork options.

The pool was nice for my kids I love my balcony in my room to enjoy the nice weather there. My people Mr ray and Mrs Michelle were both so nice & sweet and helped us out with everything. Some good hearted people.

Everything was perfect

The staff is awesome. Loved the location. Being close to the river wall was the best. Loved the pool, however it was a bit cold. Food is good too.

The bathrooms were disgusting on the first floor.. had to switch rooms when i first got there because of how dirty it was and the water in the bathroom wouldn’t stop running.

Everything was lovely with a beautiful view.

That the room didn’t have a microwave or refrigerator and the ice machine wasn’t working on our floor we had to go two floors down to get ice… The price we paid they should’ve all the amenities in the room.
