Proximity to the arena for events. The fact that they accept pets. The check in staff were extremely nice and helpful.

They did not inform in advance that they were under construction. When I arrived it was literally surrounded by construction trucks. There was some noise due to the construction although it stopped at a decent time. You could not use the main lobby and had to enter through a side door. Still, they did their best to make check in smooth despite a small crowded hallway being used as check in area.

The location was great and we were so close to the water taxi which we used to get to the concert we were there for. The staff was super friendly, shout out to the guy originally from Woodville!!!

We did not need the shampoo or conditioner was there was not a shampoo bottle and the conditioner was empty. Thankfully we brought our own but I am pointing this out for future guests.

CHECKIN WAS QUICK AND EASY AND THEY WERE VERY FRIENDLY AT CHECKIN. THE ROOM WAS SPACIOUS AND VERY CLEAN.

THEY WERE REMODELING SO WE DIDN'T HAVE ICE ON OUR FLOOR. THERE WAS ALOT OF PAINTING AND THINGS GOING ON IN THE BUILDING. I WAS HAPPY TO SEE THEM KEEPING THE BUILDING UP IT JUST WAS A LITTLE INCONVENIENT.

The customer service was exceptional and I appreciated the staff.

One of the elevators was being worked on the duration of my stay, which resulted in extra long wait times on the one operational elevator. Also, upon check in, I only could find one baggage cart in the entire building. It was rather inconvenient, searching for a way to get all of my bags up to the room in one trip and honestly, I probably would've gotten it done faster just carrying them in multiple trips from the start.

The staff was really friendly and tried to help with requests. It was nice that Walmart and Walgreens delivered so I didn't need to leave to get last minute stuff. The area is nice next to the river and nice restaurants.

The hotel could use a update l, but the room was clean and comfortable. The walls were thin and you could hear the neighbors sometimes, but breakfast was decent, so it was a good value overall.

Great location, good breakfast, and amazing staff. The lady that was working the front desk was friendly and polite and made sure we had everything we needed. The lady cleaning the rooms was also so friendly and did a great job. We would definitely stay again.

Clean, friendly staff. Not of the same caliber of the Hampton I stayed at in Orlando and a higher nightly rate, but still a good hotel. In the developing Riverwalk area so not a lot of options for dining, but the manager made a great recommendation and I received some sort of discount when picking up my order.

more about Booking.com than the actual hotel. When I put Jacksonville Airport into the filters, this location showed up; not knowing the area and being a fan of Hampton, I booked, but there were definitely other locations closer to Jacksonville airport. We were 10 miles out.

Great location... within walking distance of the hospital complex. We were able to park within the barrier compound.... seemed small - not sure if a full hotel could be accomodated in that area. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful at all times. No charging for parking! Bathroom had some issues with plumbing - particularly with tub draining.... even more of an issue if the toilet was flushed during the slow drain. The room were was proportioned - one very comfortable king bed allowing for ample walking/sitting space. Breakfast was excellent, a true pre-covid experience. We were right by the elevator but heard little of coming and going guests. Overall an extremely restful experience.

The location was fantastic! We went to Vystar Arena and this hotel was so close. The facilities were very clean and comfortable. There is a nice little bar/restaurant one block away that was great and delicious.
