Proximity to the arena for events. The fact that they accept pets. The check in staff were extremely nice and helpful.

They did not inform in advance that they were under construction. When I arrived it was literally surrounded by construction trucks. There was some noise due to the construction although it stopped at a decent time. You could not use the main lobby and had to enter through a side door. Still, they did their best to make check in smooth despite a small crowded hallway being used as check in area.

The location was great and we were so close to the water taxi which we used to get to the concert we were there for. The staff was super friendly, shout out to the guy originally from Woodville!!!

We did not need the shampoo or conditioner was there was not a shampoo bottle and the conditioner was empty. Thankfully we brought our own but I am pointing this out for future guests.

Breakfast ladies were so nice it made our stay memorable The big guy who worked on the desk at night was such a chilled out guy. Room excellent Breakfast excellent Location excellent Staff the best I've ever come across Steve & Louis

Didn't get told that you had to ask at reception to have your room cleaned There should at least be a sign

Very good buffet breakfast. The gentleman that checked me in on Sunday evening was very helpful, pleasant, provided excellent customer service. Tina did a great job with the breakfast buffet area. She was very pleasant and welcoming to everyone that was there. Location is <10 mins from Vystar arena!!

The hotel is in a great location for downtown business meetings with a very professional staff. The hotel is also very clean with large bedrooms. The breakfast is wonderful, and Tina made it even better with her big smile and morning greeting. Thank you Tina for getting my day started off on the right foot!

It took a very long time to wash my hair and I couldn't wash it well at all because the pressure was so low. I dont truly know if it's the water pressure or the type of showerhead, but none of the settings on the showerhead were sufficient for washing my hair efficiently and well.

CHECKIN WAS QUICK AND EASY AND THEY WERE VERY FRIENDLY AT CHECKIN. THE ROOM WAS SPACIOUS AND VERY CLEAN.

THEY WERE REMODELING SO WE DIDN'T HAVE ICE ON OUR FLOOR. THERE WAS ALOT OF PAINTING AND THINGS GOING ON IN THE BUILDING. I WAS HAPPY TO SEE THEM KEEPING THE BUILDING UP IT JUST WAS A LITTLE INCONVENIENT.

Staff was friendly and accommodating. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Breakfast was nice.

Parking was a bit tight and though there was a gate to get in there was not one to get out so not sure how secure it was or why it has to be paid.

The customer service was exceptional and I appreciated the staff.

One of the elevators was being worked on the duration of my stay, which resulted in extra long wait times on the one operational elevator. Also, upon check in, I only could find one baggage cart in the entire building. It was rather inconvenient, searching for a way to get all of my bags up to the room in one trip and honestly, I probably would've gotten it done faster just carrying them in multiple trips from the start.

The staff was really friendly and tried to help with requests. It was nice that Walmart and Walgreens delivered so I didn't need to leave to get last minute stuff. The area is nice next to the river and nice restaurants.

The hotel could use a update l, but the room was clean and comfortable. The walls were thin and you could hear the neighbors sometimes, but breakfast was decent, so it was a good value overall.
