Everything was clean we had 5 people and 1 pet so we rented a suite and it was plenty of room for us. The staff was awesome. The breakfast was really good! We stay in Jacksonville overnight on our way to naples fla. I pack my tops with the hangers still on them and I bring then out and hang them in the closet even for just an overnight stay. I forgot to put my shirts back in my bag and didn't realize it until we got to our rental house in naples. So I called homewood and they found my shirts and shipped them overnight to me in naples. I was so thankful they went above and beyond to get me my clothes so I wouldn't have to stop by there on my way home. We will most definitely stay here again on next yesrs vacation!

Everythingvwas great. No complaints

There was a small glitch when checking in. We had to wait a few minutes until the system came back up. The desk lady and manager were very nice and apologized several times. When the system came back up they helped us right away. Very courteous and professional.

Since we had issues checking in they gave us free parking. I don’t understand why parking would be extra when you are already paying for the room.

Love the property, location, our King suite allowed us privacy as we traveled with an adult son for family event. He enjoyed the pullout couch. Wish the bathroom was shielded from the bedroom as is done at Hampton suites.

Our only complaint was our bedroom air conditioner was very loud and cycled in&out all night. The test was just so lovely!

Beautiful hotel in great location, unfortunately had a plumbing leak through ceiling to front desk during stay but staff worked very hard to keep guests safe and mess cleaned up.

No dinner available due to staffing first night and no breakfast next morning due to leak. I know beyond your control just inconvenient

I Loved that the hotel is in a convenient spot you can walk to restaurant's and bars of you wanna have a good time!😁 the breakfast was excellent and the staff was very nice and friendly. The rooms we're very clean, cozy and comfortable. No complaints here! I will be going back soon!

Breakfast was continental but better than most. Grits, eggs, sausage and coffee with a selection of juices. The pools were clean and the gym was nice.

Paid parking? Seriously?! If I pay for a room at your place you ought to at least supply me a parking spot.

I didn't get a chance to eat breakfast due to me wanting to relax.. The fan in the room over the bed was full of dust so I had to leave the fan off the whole time I was there.. Other than that I had a GREAT stay..

The fan were full of dust as it fell on the bed while spinning.. So I turned off fan for the duration of stay..

The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. Parking was exceptional due to a covered garage which is lighted. It made me feel comfortable about leaving my car.

The rooms are in desperate need of updating. Old furniture that was stained and dirty. Appliances had dents all over. There is plenty of room but definitely needs new furniture.

The location was perfect.

There were several occasions where I walked past piles of bedding in the hallway (it appeared to be the same piles during the day and evening…well after the normal time of housekeeping). For such a beautiful hotel, this was not appealing.

Friendly staff, clean property and rooms, comfortable bed, close to downtown and the waterfront with fountains and area to walk along waterfront! Short drive over bridge to heart of downtown, near Vystar theater and Jaguars stadium.

Have to pay to park on property.
