William, the Gentleman that helped us was Awesome, was professional and checked on our room personally. Offered us water and was very hospitable. Room was clean and was like a mini condo instead of just a room to sleep!

Toilet wouldn't flush properly, looks like it's in a commercial industrial area. Construction everywhere, had to drive over debris and dirt road to get to destination!

The room and amenities were great! The staff was friendly and accommodating too. The one thing I didn’t like was paying $12 a night for parking, however I get it. The location is perfect for us. Local restaurants were great and within walking distance. Overall great stay! Definitely will be back.

Stayed in a king suite. The floors were incredibly slippery. I almost complained but we were only there for one night. Someone is going to get hurt in either the bathroom or the kitchen area

Friendly and helpful workers, comfortable, clean and the rooms are a good size.

The construction in the area, 3 streets blocked around the hotel that hasn't caught up with the GPS. A small pool. Aaron who works at the front desk is rude, unfriendly and has bad customer service skills.

The location was perfect in the heart of Jacksonville, surrounded by shopping and restaurants. We loved the hot breakfast just what we needed to start our day. The stay was peaceful if I hadn't seen the other guests I would have thought we had the hotel to ourselves.

Everything was great. Stayed one night, bed was comfortable, room was clean, staff was super friendly

The shower....there's no door just a peice of glass that covers half the shower, when you shower the floor gets soaked....it was an odd design. We had to throw our towels on the floor after to soaked up the water. If we stayed more than one night we would need fresh towels each day.

They were very accommodating. We had to make alternate arrangements for a weekend trip and they were able to get us in and accommodate us.

Although it is convenient the only indication of the property is the name at the top of the building. With no door or ground signage available it makes it difficult to find when arriving in the area for the first time, even at night.

It’s very hard finding nice hotels on the northside I loved everything specially having a kitchen area in my room. Everything was nice and clean and it smelled very good inside

Customer service had to wait a few minutes for representative to come to the desk & my key stopped working towards check out maybe because it was close to the time but it was a quick fix no major complaints they were accommodating
