EVERYTHING! Check-in was less than 5 mins. The staff was nice, and friendly. At check-in they offered FREE complimentary water or beer (which was a 1st for me in a Hotel experience) the are had a few food options (waffle house is literally next door, if you prefer) Our room was BIG and spacious (we booked a king) EVERYTHING was clean and the bed was soft & comfy, oh and the breakfast was good! ( they had fresh made pancakes😁 and an option of pork or turkey sausage (in case you don't eat pork) among alot of other options. This is DEFINITELY a place I will stay again.❤️ it

Easy to get into, safe surrounding area, quietly calm. The staff from check-in to check-out was superb. So polite and ready to help. The food was the best clean presentable and hot so much to choose from. I’m old and have travelled a bit this was my first time staying in this hotel by name and I have another hotel by name I’ve always like to stay in when I travel. My sister recommend our families to stay there, so now I have 2 favorites and Holiday Inn Express has moved to number 1. It also had great store and food choices and convenient.

I Liked everything about the place.

The breakfast was amazing parking was easy everything was super clean everybody there is very nice very professional The pool is very clean it felt like a very luxurious stay

I did have to fix the window shade because somebody pulled out and I put it back in the track thus not a big deal That's just kind of work I do.

Breakfast. I like a good pancake or waffle for breakfast. The pancake machine was awful. The pancakes were not cooked completely and the finished pancake was like chewing on a tire. I mentioned to the receptionist that a few waffle machines and batter dispensers would be better.

Room was nice

I asked for a bottle of water on my way out the door as I dropped off my room key and was refused. They were giving away free water or a beer upon check in, so I know it's not a big deal to give me a bottle of water. So you lost all my future business, after I paid $159 for 1 night, over a 50¢ bottle of water. So dumb

Staff was very friendly. They were extremely pleasant and helpful in every way. They were extremely helpful when asked about access to nearby restaurants, etc.

I wasn't thrilled with the surrounding neighborhood, but once inside, I felt very safe and comfortable.

The room was clean and spacious. The chair in the corner needed some attention. But, overall, it was very clean. Sunday morning breakfast was phenomenal. It was delicious. It was a real breakfast.

The treatment of the staff is excellent, I recommend it, the place is super clean and the staff is very attentive, a very good experience

Actually everything was excellent, I have no complaints, I recommend it.

The rooms are huge, the staff was amazing, great parking, loved you could buy frozen food to cook from the lobby, pool was clean, patio aas amazing, waffle house and burger King walking distances

The carpet. Carpet is gross

It was close to the highway and not far from places to eat. I have never been offered a complimentary water or beer at any US hotel that I have stayed at. Also a good selection for breakfast. The property is not far from the airport but well outside of the big city noise.
