The front desk clerk was extremely nice and super concerned that the hotel accommodations were up to our expectations. He went above and beyond to ensure we were happy with our room, happy with the cleanliness of the grounds and expressed MULTIPLE TIMES that if there was ANYTHING we were unhappy with to PLEASE let him know so that it could be addressed ASAP... Great stay great staff great experience!!

That our stay was only for 1 night

I really enjoyed the comfort of the bed and the pillows. The room looked like it was recently renovated with new floors and new furniture. Bryan the staff member who checked me in was extremely professional and did an amazing job. Bryan assisted me in bringing in my luggage as well and called for Bobbie to bring a luggage carrier. Bobbie was also very friendl and even remembered my name when I saw him during breakfast the next morning, The breakfast attendant was also very helpful in assisting in making the waffles.

I did not like the shower. More water was coming out of the spout then was coming out of the shower head. The lobby was nice but the breakfast room needs a makeover.

The important aspects are covered: Free Airport Shuttle Free Breakfast (even if very basic, better than nothing) Good Clean room for a 1-2 night stay Refrigerator and Microwave in every room Walking distance to Denny's

It'd be great if: Breakfast: Have butter for the waffles, offer bagels with cream cheese instead of only plain slices of bread. Have a toaster oven Shuttle service: * Have shuttle service within 2-3mile radius to include Walmart maybe even 2-3x daily * Offer shuttle service to the Cruise Port for a nominal fee of approx $5p/person on cruise days Laundry: Offer self service washer/dryer services

I always enjoy my stay at Days Inn whenever I am in town. From check in to check out, they go above and beyond to ensure my comfort and make special accomodations if necessary to fit my needs. The complimentary breakfast is such a welcome addition in the morning! My favorite is the Waffles... yum! Located near plenty of restaurants, shopping plazas and 1 mile away from the airport.... it is my go to when coming to Jacksonville!

I cannot say that I have any issues with staying at this location.

The girl at the desk when I check in Rashim was very pleasant and helpful she made my check in early I slept comfortable with small amount of noise but I slept through the night I would come back

Location right off 95 but not too many drive thru restaurants around.

Definitely needs some update, a/c did not work but heat did was above 80 snd not comfortable, while it was just a put stop on the way to a cruise it was not like our stay 5 or 6 years ago. .I was informed at leaving my deposit would be returned within 3-5.business days this has not been done. Why

Staff @ Front desk were very kind and helpful. The rooms were very clean . Service overall was Excellent. Definitely would Stay again.

Public bathroom in Breakfast area could be cleaner.

The cleanliness of the room, the friendliness of the desk staff as well as the housekeeping staff was awesome. The breakfast was also very nice.

The pool was dirty even though it was closed. It should have been covered.

I really enjoyed my stay there. the rooms were comfortable and clean. The staff very helpful especially one young lady on my first stay, that that was on 9/9/22 morning g shift. I am sorry I didn't get her name, she was the most helpful.i had a good stay from Sept 8th to 10th,, 22 that make me rebook o 19th.
