The room was great very clean and plenty of space

Outside of the room the hallways were not as clean and looked like it needed updating or repairing. Also the carpet in the elevator needs to be replaced. I was there with a group. They got their rooms for way less even though we booked around the same time. When I called the hotel they quoted over $300 for the night but I got it for $200 on booking. Com. My friend got theirs for $150.

I liked the location and that there wasn’t many people staying there while we were visiting.

I originally thought we’d be staying for two nights. So that’s what I paid for. When I told the clerk that we would not be needing the second night any longer, she just took the room key back but did not offer a refund for the night we didn’t stay. My daughter and I also utilized the pool during our stay. We took it upon ourselves to clean it out with the pool net rather than disturb the staff. It had lots of ants and leaves floating along with some debris on bottom of the pool. We didn’t mind doing it because we didn’t want ants biting us or in our hair. They were still living ants that crawled away as soon as we put them on the concrete. They have wings as well. Think a pest control could help the infestation.

Comfortable beds and pillows. Good location for us.

House keeping every fifth day was not ideal. You had to place garbage outside your door and request fresh towels etc at front desk which were then left outside the door. No bathroom clean or vacuumed for five days.

The location is ideal for a night before a cruise from Port Canaveral. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable. We did have an issue with our room which was dealt with immediately by the reception team. Overall a very good hotel with ideal location for Port Canaveral.

Noise from the highway but this wouldn’t put us off staying again

Breakfast was good and the attendant was very efficient. The hotel was clean, staff was friendly and helpful,and except for the location of my room( detailed below) my stay was great.Would definitely stay here again.

My room was at the end of the hall near the side entrance-room 122- and I had to hear it slamming all night as people came/left.

We had stayed there several weeks ago and were impressed with the cleanliness. The complimentary breakfast was the best we have ever had.

Entrance to get to motel was close to busy intersection. If not paying attention can miss turn in.

It was a well rounded breakfast. My wife and I thank you for providing it. The manner of organization for the choosing of the items for breakfast was well thought out. Yet, folks were unsure as the direction they were to go. The lady who was working helped with that as she stood up front to greet the people.

Comfortable quiet room. Very nice bed and pillows. Very nice breakfast with a variety of excellent tasty choices in a bright room.

Tepid water in the shower. Never approached hot. Uncomfortable and unpleasant.

Pool needed cleaning , but understand the weather is always hit and miss there would’ve loved to have went for a swim But I decided not to due to the dirtyness

The night desk person, Lee, was wonderful. He was courteous and professional and all the while friendly. He maintained composure when another guest came through loudly cursing. Lee apologized to us. We had arrived quite late and he accomplished us with an extra 2 hours for checkout time. Breakfast was delicious and a great variety of high quality choices. The lady who was in charge of it was also very courteous and friendly. She kept everything filled and all surfaces clean. The beds were comfortable and linens were very nice. Last, but not least, the soap and shampoo/conditioner were excellent quality brands... nothing cheap and in sufficient quantity. Inside and out,top to bottom, a very good experience.

Small detail - an additional full size luggage cart would be helpful as only smaller ones were available when we needed the larger size.
