Clean facility and hotel is only 5months old

The hotel is next to a truck Stop; where there is drug and prostitution activity continuously. If that continues the nice hotel will be ruined unfortunately. 😔 Hotel is very nice but No I would not stay again because of the outside activity.

The breakfast was amazing and delicious and filing with lots of options. I especially liked that there was sugar-free syrup. My husband and I were very grateful. The bed was also very comfortable and the room was clean.

We didn’t like that it seemed like, possibly, there were some people there who weren’t guests. I hope we are not judging incorrectly but there were 2-3 people that seemed to have come off of the streets. They didn’t cause trouble but it was just a little odd. We only saw them in the lobby area and they didn’t seem to have rooms.

Ease of check in and convenient to the interstate. Thank you to you to your lovely, friendly employee Tish. She really went out of her way to provide help to me and my 95 year old mother. She saw my mother leaving the dining room and helped her carry her plates to our room. She took me to another floor to get ice when the machine wasn’t working or out of ice on our floor.

I love the location ,it’s close to a gas station that was awesome ,it was clean and different it gets very cold I like that I didn’t have to be hot..I loved that the tv had YouTube and other things,loved how they served breakfast,I would visit again me and my boyfriend had a great time .. and I definitely loved the soap they provided .!!

I didn’t like how the room was kind of small for a king bedroom but it was okay

The room was very comfortable. The staff was courteous. The location to my event was excellent.

I was hoping to have yogurt for breakfast. There wasn’t any containers of yogurt and I think the yogurt dispenser was empty.

I stayed here for one night as I needed a quick hotel for the night. The staff was amazing with their accommodation and even welcomed me with bottles of water after a long day of travel. The room was clean, and checkout was easy in the morning as well.

The location wasn’t the best. It’s right off the highway next to a gas station. I believe the price was a little high for the location of the hotel.

The representative Rachel at the front desk was so exceptional. She made our stay beyond great. She gave great customer service and also gave great recommendations on where we can go to find entertainment. The room was very nice and comfortable. Love the shower.

The pillows could have been more firm.

Very friendly staff, gave away free water, pool tables was a nice touch to the property.

The scrambled eggs were horrible. The sausage links weren’t cooked / warmed up very much. However the yogurt was good and apple juice and fresh banana.

Close to 295…a quick spending the night on our way to Tampa.

There weren’t any restaurants close by other than gas station good. 20 minutes to restaurants.

As all TRU-hotels this was a very clean place to stay. The room has everything you need and the bed is comfortable. The reception area is welcoming; I enjoyed both a coffee in the morning and a beer in the evening there.

It's quite basic, but there's nothing wrong with that.
