The staff was friendly. The beds were very comfortable! And the establishment was clean and neat.

Breakfast left a lot to be desired. It started at 7am and by 720 they were out of regular waffle batter. The sandwiches were just ok and the rest was blah. Room 110 was clean for the most part but had a musty smell and something gross looking on the walls near the bed. Maybe old blood, maybe food. Not sure. And the overall feel of the room was just ok. Room 112, adjoining was far better

Spacious, quiet, comfortable clean room comfortable bed. 7-8 minutes from parking down town, (Jacksonville Theatre). Staff was excellent. Breakfast was typical by today's standards. Access to hotel was excellent.

The tv worked fine but we had not seen a tv that small in a motel/hotel 10+ plus years of travel. Not a problem just unusual for such a nice place.

I've stayed at this hotel 2 times a year for the past 3 years. Getting ready to return in 4 days. I can never go wrong with this hotel. Close to restaurants, gas stations, pharmacy etc. Everything is within close proximity. The hotel staff is extremely polite and there is one lady who often works the front desk who is not only polite but down right funny! Clean rooms clean sheets clean towels speedy service all the way around! Great Breakfast!

I wish breakfast started earlier

I stayed here on 2 separate occasions while starting a new job coming from out of state. The facilities are clean enough (the building is better up-kept than many I have stayed in) and the rooms were very comfortable with fabulous a/c, super comfortable beds, and plenty of space. I stayed with my two young kids and felt safe the entire time. Near many stores and restaurants in Normandy Village and easily accessible from I295. Super affordable hotel for anyone who needs to stay in this area for sure!

Room was clean and comfy, check-in friendly and easy. The free breakfast had a great variety, was kept clean and refilled and the breakfast hostess was very pleasant and friendly

The lady doing breakfast was rude and inconsiderate. The check in staff was nice he was super helpful and understanding

The location of the hotel is perfect for visiting the Jacksonville area. Breakfast was adequate and the staff was friendly and helpful.

I like the fact that this hotel had make your own waffles for breakfast …

I didn’t like the fact when I asked the lady at the desk for more towels and rags she was nice nasty with my man … the one that work at the 3-11pm shift .. but I think that’s it just wasn’t her day .. because she was more nice when We was checking in on that Friday

prior damages in room not repaired. there was a stain on the carpet (looked like someone dropped their coffee) and the tv was too small. I’m quite sure the AHA has a standard.

the staff know us so well they treat us like family. they know us by name by now. everyone is professional, courteous, and genuinely kind. we want for nothing when we stay at sleep inn and suites

the pool is shut down randomly at times but it's never a big inconvenience
