We can always come back and stay for a night or two without any hassle since we are very near Downtown area. The smell of hotel is so nice, unlike the previous one's weve visited. Staff are friendly and accommodating, especially the people in Shor during breakfast. I just didnt like the way the staff on frontdesk(female) approached me, I was just clarifying if I was billed twice since I used booking.com and she doesnt seems happy to accommodate my questions, other than that all is good. I like the King room with front view since Ive seen alot of dolphins. I love the food (i wish there will be more options, not only American cuisine). Lastly, i am so inlove with cheesecake available in Shor. Overall, I love to stay and we will surely come back.

I loved how everything was. I stayed in room 717 and the view of the stadium was awesome the bridge at night and everything was amazing.

I loved how everything was. The prices at the restaurant are a little on the expensive side and really fancy me and my friend felt awkward at one of the restaurants. The seafood restaurant didn't have fried shrimp so we left there and went to buffalo wild wings. The parking prices was so unexpected cuz I thought it was free parking with the room. Other than that it was a blast the game was awesome as well and the shuttles were awesome to use to get to the game. Would I go back yes I would now that I know what to expect

Gluten free food options were nice. Elevators were quick. Check in staff was nice, quick and helpful.

Only one elevator bank of 8, which was fast going up and down but not sure all 8 were working the wait for one was longer than expected since there were so many. Also the elevators were a long walk from our room. Next time I know to request a room close to the elevators. Pool was dirty and the pool bar area was not open for drinks even though there were 10-15 guests out at the pool. Also parking was a challenge but it worked out.

Usually don’t write reviews but me and my friend loved this place. They opened doors, had a 24/hr market with real food, we got our room upgraded for free and it was super clean! For some reason we couldn’t get our tv on but maintenance came at midnight and fixed it. We asked for more towels and they came in about 15 minutes. Seeing the dolphins was fun too!

Maybe more signs to get to and from the hotel from parking. My friend and I kinda just followed the crowd lol

The appearance of the lobby…the security feature in the elevator (using the room key to get to your floor) and the 24 hour market place…where you can get a snack if necessary. While checking out…I met Kevin. He was very friendly and so enraging that I was a little disappointed that we were leaving so soon.

Upon arrival…it was very confusing as to where I could go to park temporarily so I can check in (the front area was a mess). No instructions were given by the staff as to how to use the room key in the elevator to get to your floor…there was no microwave in the room and didn’t find out why until it was time to leave.

The property was great.

BOOKING.COM I will Never use Booking.com again. You are unethical company that cheats people out of money. The hotel couldn't cancel the stay. It had to be cxl^d thru Booking.com and You lied and said hotel needed to Cxl. The manager said he could have Cxl"d but Booking.com. had to.. The reservations couldn't even change the name. Never again ! I won't ever use Booking again too many honest companies that offer same services, but do it honestly.

Location on the waterfront is amazing. Our cruise ship docked at our door step. Fabulous view of the famous bridges on the St John’s River.

Check in was super easy, staff were very professional & warm. Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast buffet was delicious. The afternoon bar service was very relaxing.

Well managed and staffed hotel. Front desk staff very helpful and having multiple people, there was never a wait. Same comment regarding snack shop where the wait for food is minimal. Being able to take golf carts to concert was added bonus.

$44 per day for valet is a bit ridiculous and gives pause about staying here again. This is an unadvertised fee which is normally a practice I avoid.

We had to evacuate from our area due to hurricane and the hotel was very accommodating. The management made the whole floor available for kids to play and interact with other evacuating families, and even provided toys and games. One very large conference room was opened for days where our kids were socializing. It was a great help for us during these stressful times. Highly recommend this location!

I loved the location on the river front. The staff were all friendly and I really enjoyed eating at the Market and at Shor.

I was disappointed that our room had a musty smell as if the carpet needed to be cleaned. The asked housekeeping to spray deodorizer to help mask the smell, but that didn’t help much. Overall, the room was comfortable.
