The Hotel was located close to 5 Points and Downtown. The room was very modern, the furniture layout and design with its moveable desks and table options were really good, it enabled an easy work space or in room dining. The small kitchen area was perfect and fit my needs with plates, glasses and flatware. Breakfast was really nice and well thought out, and good too. However the Staff from the Front desk to the cleaning and maintenance people were awesome!!!! Everyone was so friendly and genuinely gracious and helpful. They really put the word South in the meaning of Southern Hospitality.

The shower, the shower, the shower!! Great shower area and bathroom but no water pressure! The water pressure in the shower was so bad it took a good 3 minutes to get hot water. I could spit harder.

The staff were all so friendly. It was a clean facility. In a good location. Free parking. Free Wi-Fi. Free breakfast. All at a reasonable price! The breakfast was good as well. Comfy bed & full kitchenette. I had a King Suite😊There was a bar & grill type restaurant downstairs that everyone was raving about. I didn't make it inside to see for myself due to my time being limited. A few people on the elevator & in the lobby said that the spot had good food & drinks!

I liked everything about this hotel! However, the parking lot is super small. But if we needed to, we were told that we could have parked next door at Jimmy John's.

Did not like the parking at all! And the water pressure in the shower was almost a trickle. We were in town for a family emergency at the hospital near by and actually ended up staying 2 more times during the emergency. All 3 rooms we stayed in for 3 different visits had the same issue with the shower and water pressure. The parking lot was not big enough to accommodate the amount of people that can stay at the hotel and the hotel used overflow next door at a Jimmy John’s. It scared me at night to have to park over there and I didn’t feel safe at all.

Great hotel, great staff. The suites have everything one could need. Dishwasher, fridge, little kitchen area. There’s laundry machines in the hotel, which can be used for a small fee. What a lovely surprise after the road trip my friend and I were on. Overall lovely experience. Breakfast included, which was sufficient and runs from 6am-9am. Location was also good with a lot of good restaurants in the area.

Location was just minutes away from where we needed to be. Staff was very friendly and informative. Was surprised how efficient of the kitchenette! Well stocked with everything we needed.

There were issues with the online check in, system wasn't working. There were a few strange transient? type people in the parking lot around cars.

Very new and clean. Super comfie bed. The staff really made the trip with their friendliness! Even my nine year old son commented on ‘how nice everyone who works here is!’

Parking filled up at night.

I enjoyed this hotel. It was decently clean and the beds were comfy. Great stay for my family. We felt safe and this was very close to the interstate. Would recommend!

There wasn't much parking and we had to park in a lot near the hotel .

Very clean, room well equipped and very comfortable and large. Staff was very kind and helpful.

Location was a bit on the shady side at night.

Little noisy with late nite drag racers on Park st!?

Not enough parking - maybe due to the combined holiday and game on Sunday but not enough parking and specifically not enough handicap spots.
