I loved the front desk staff. Jessica checked me in and she had a great demeanor, and was very professional and resourceful. I enjoyed her willingness to ensure our stay was comfortable and that we had everything we needed.

I loved everything about my stay and visit, including the feeling of safety, the calm atmosphere, and it's very clean. There is nothing to dislike about the property because it truly operates like a well-oiled machine.

The woman who checked us in at night was extremely nice and helpful. The room was clean and quiet, the bed was comfortable, and the shower pressure was by far the best I have ever experienced at a hotel. Not very far from great Steak house and a short drive to anywhere else.

The woman working during the day on Saturday was not friendly and acted like I was bothering her when my keycards stopped working and she had to redo them. Biscuits at breakfast were still frozen in the middle but overall, the selection for items was decent.

It was near my friend's house. It was very clean, and has a comfortable bed, big TV. The breakfast was very good too! I forgot a blouse in the closet, and they found it for me after I had already checked out. Luckily, my friends picked it up for me.

The hotel was not very easy to find since it is behind another hotel. The room did not have carpet, which is great, but the sound bounces off the walls making the room loud. Also, there was a car in their parking playing loud music past midnight. I had to call front desk. They took care of it, which was great, but why did it have to get to that point? They should keep an eye on that.

Breakfast was good. Room was comfortable. Fairly close to Shands Hospital where my sister in law was being treated.

Nothing.

I was upset because the rate dropped right after I paid for my room . Other than that and the bed wasn’t that comfortable the stay was good . My last stay the bed was perfect so idk

The staff were freindly, courteous and helpful. The breakfast was the best I"ve ever had at a low or middle budget hotel! We would stay again.

Place was hidden behind a fast food joint and another hotel with a simular name. i actually went in the other place first. LOST MY FAVORITE SAMSUNG BUDS! didn;t realize they were gone until we got home. Oh you guys need better Pillows.

Although the location was a bit further than I wanted to drive, it was totally worth it. I was delayed and had let them know, but I was greeted by name when I got there. My room was spotless, comfortable and very roomy. I had a quiet night with no loud noises, and a super comfy bed. I couldn't be happier. I had thought that because I had looked for a more reasonably priced hotel option that I would get reasonably priced comfort and decor. I was so happy to be mistaken.

The air conditioner made an interesting harmonic noise when the compressor engaged, but it wasn't disturbing.

The room was clean and beds were comfortable. Breakfast was good and loved that it didn’t end until 10:30.

we were put in I believe room 127, it was just past the laundry area so during check out we couldn’t get the luggage cart to our room due to them filling up the cleaning carts so we had to park the luggage cart at the other end of the laundry room and walk each bag through a maze of cleaning carts to the luggage cart, which was pretty inconvenient to me having two toddlers. And housekeeping place a fan in the floor by our room, again inconvenient because of having toddlers so safety was a concern while I was trying to load our luggage on the cart. Also I think this room was being redone because we had no curtains, we had the shade though.

The rooms were clean and the beds super comfortable. The breakfast was also nice.

The only issue we had was when we came back to our hotel from being out the elevator was not working.

The location was close to every where I wanted to go. The staff was so friendly. My family had some food catered in for our Thanksgiving dinner and we were allowed to use the breakfast area to celebrate.

My parents room had trouble with the door entrance key not always working.
