This hotel is right off the main highway the decor from the moment that you walk into the front doors. Your greeted before you reach the front on this particular day. It was Ashlee she was extremely kind and helpful thorough and most importantly really fast leader for breakfast. We were greeted by Miss Pamela and Miss Rita, who are some of the sweetest women that you could meet in the kitchen area. Everything was laid out so beautifully and the food was the fine there was eggs and bacon and grits and juice, and every single thing that you can possibly think of the hospitality was remarkable upon check out, we had the pleasure of meeting yoki who is kind, professional, and overall helpful. I was so pleased with this day that, even though we were passing through, I would absolutely recommend anybody to a Marriott but specifically, this location. A gem tucked away near the highway.

The pool was not heated, so in the morning or in the afternoon, the pool is still cold, and in the evening the pool was cold, the doors are extremely loud. We stayed on the third floor and could hear every door close and open. Aside from that once you’re in the room it’s pretty quiet and we had no other issues.

Welcoming, my team started off the day on the 9th floor with a clean space to garb quick healthy choices before we started our conference.

My key card did allow access to the 9th floor and so many of us were staying there from my team and assumed it was included as my team invited me up to grab a quick bite before we headed to office. On the last day my card did not work and the front desk shared it I was not given permission to access. I thought that was odd. She should have explained the why so I understood just saying you don't have access and not permitted. Many of my coworkers do not have Marriott point or choose to stay at a Marriott like I have and thus I that was odd.

It was clean, comfortable and quiet, staff were professional, friendly and helpful. Amenities in the room were good and I liked the fact that they had USB Charging Points.

We tried to book by the beach and mistook the Jackson Beaches Description to be just that, we were disappointed that it was 30 minutes from the beach.

No toothbrush, no water. It's not a big deal to put two water bottles in the bedroom as a welcome gesture. No slippers in the room.

I enjoyed my stay here. I came in town for my daughter's competition. The staff was so friendly from the time I checked in until I left. The bartender at the bar was amazing I can't remember her name I want to say it was Amy but she made the best Bahama Mama drinks. I will definitely be staying here next year for competition.

The ambiance of the hotel was peaceful and clean. The bartender was very welcoming. Also the hotel was the perfect place for a photo opportunity lol so many beautiful sculptures

The property was very clean. My room was clean and very comfortable. I didn’t expect it to be so nice for the price I paid.

We lived the facility and the staff. Very nice.

The bed was a little uncomfortable. We all went to top golf, before getting to the hotel. We woke feeling beat up. But it was ok.

Perfect location for our trip to Jacksonville. The room was clean and comfortable and the staff was friendly. I also liked that there was plenty of parking close to the entrance.
