Location, cleanliness, noise to a minimum

Customer service at check in wasnt so welcoming. She actually told me that bc my card didn't process at the time they attempted without my arrival. She was about to cancel my reservation. Even though I said thank you for not doing it She stated that her manager would have canceled it immediately. Which I know wasn't professional to say nor protocol.

The staff was incredible! They went above and beyond. Especially the young lady who checked us in. I checked in right at the beginning of a freak storm that popped up.  she help me get my luggage in the middle of gale, force winds!  i’m not talking, just windy I’m talking when’s hard enough to blow open all the doors in the front at the entrance and to blow over the large planters at the entrance! It’s a scary situation, but she assisted me through the whole thing until I was safely in the building. The breakfast was wonderful and the ladies were very attentive to making sure we had everything we needed. The rooms were pristine! I have OCD and have issues with germs. I travel with my Lysol and my Clorox wipes!  I felt very much at ease in this room, and very confident of the cleanliness. This is the cleanest hotel I’ve ever stayed at!

I honestly have nothing negative to say about this stay!

The staff was exceptional! Charita, breakfast staff, went out of her way to help me each morning get my food. I am in a wheelchair and she treated me like family. She went above and beyond! Recognize this beautiful and caring woman. Also Sharod, manager, (please excuse spelling) immediately fixed a problem. He is very caring and goes out of his way to help you!

When I went to go swimming the handicap chair lift wouldn’t work. Being handicapped that was the only way I could get in the pool. Sharod, manager, got it up and running by the end of the day. My stay was 4 days, 3 nights and access to the pool was important. After being fixed, I enjoyed the pool immensely.

It was one of the most cleanest hotels I have ever stayed at.

The water smelled and tasted kinda like sewage water lol. But being fair I believe everywhere the water smelled the same so I don't believe it was the hotel's fault.

We loved everything about our stay at Comfort Inn & Suites Orange Park. The room was clean and comfortable. I especially liked the front desk being open 24 hrs. A huge safety factor when we travel these days. The complimentary breakfast was excellent and VERY well managed. ALL of the staff was welcoming and accommodating. We decided to book a trip this weekend with Comfort Inn & Suites in Port Charlotte, FL simply based on our great experience in Orange Park, FL. Thank you.

The breakfast was great, the gal taking care of the breakfast, sorry I don't have her name spelled correctly - Chario? from the Phillipines - was sweet, kind, social, nice, and memorable. We felt like friends before the breakfast was over. (she has a beautiful singing voice that I over heard as she refilled some chafing dishes)

No towel racks for wet towels after people bathe. An easy fix? Hope so.

Having breakfast available each morning was great the food was good.It would have nice to have it available until at least 10:30 and bacon would have been greatly appreciated.

The temperature in my room seem to not be accurate the unit was off and on about and as a result I left with a cold/sinus infection.

Housekeeping services excellent. Front desk corteous,professional and friendly. Rooms comfortable. Slept like a baby, Comfortable beds. Peaceful environment and smells good and clean from the moment you enter lobby. This hotel is truly an excellent value. Will be my first choice when traveling from now on.

I was incredibly pleased with our stay and wished we could pick up your hotel and move it with us during our vacation. The staff was very friendly, especially the woman handling the breakfast station. The rooms were spacious, beds comfortable and very clean. Overall, a great value for the price. The games in the lobby and the magnetic board were a wonderful addition.

Conveniently located off a major highway l, close to shops like Walmart and some restaurants, this place gave us an excellent location. Everything was very clean, from the lobby to the room. No nasty carpet stains, or poorly done workmanship. Plenty of decor all around. Staff dress and appearance were professional.

Perhaps the computers, etc could be in a room that can’t be used as a “pass though.”
