The staff are excellent. Very helpful and friendly. The person who is in charge of the breakfast area does an exceptional job. Housekeeping is sort of hit and miss depending on the person. Beds were comfortable. Conveniently located for our visit. Within walking distance of a nice local Seafood & Steak restaurant/bar, two fast food restaurants, several stores including a Publix grocery and a CVS.

The blinds in our room were broken - won't raise or lower. The lamp is wired incorrectly but once we figured it out we did have have bedside lights. The handheld showerhead holder is broken so that was a challenge.

The property was great

The inconvenience of getting up at 4 am for a fire alarm and the gentleman that checked us in : he tried to overcharge us $100. I told him the price I was to pay and he said”oh that was the other guy” he did fix it though. I asked if there was anything that he could compensate for the inconvenience of the fire alarm (which there was something cause I smelled it) but his response was “that the incentive was that the alarms worked”. No compassion or empathy. I understand he was just as inconvenienced as well but he didn’t have to grab all his luggage. Just not friendly at all

Staff was friendly and efficient. Breakfast was great

Room was for people with mobility issues. My wife needs a wheelchair but the 2 queen beds don't have any room between them or the wall making navigation difficult. Access to the bathroom is blocked by the door opening outward. The extra $10.00 "amenities" charge is a big turn-off. There are no extra amenities that I am aware of. If the charge is a "damage deposit" then say so. There was no receipt available at check out. The final bill was correct on my credit card at the end of the week but the whole experience was unpleasant.

Conveniently located. Clean. Comfortable. Reasonably priced for the location. Excellent front desk and breakfast buffet personnel. Housekeeping needs improvement.. The personnel are friendly, but not all of them seem to understand the basics of what needs to be done. Nice pool, guest laundry facility, and fitness center. Very nice breakfast room and always well stocked. Really like that some healthy choices are available such as fresh fruit, oatmeal, boiled eggs, and Greek yogurt.

Housekeeping needs to be consistent from day to day. During our several day stay the floor was only vacuumed once. In room coffee service supplies weren't always restocked. Trash wasn't always emptied. Maintenance is also iffy. The automatic solar shade/blind is broken. The bedside light doesn't work properly. The hairdryer only works on high. The handheld shower head holder is broken. The door locks don't work properly but I'm told they are being replaced throughout the property in a few days. Despite the negative aspects I would stay here again.

The guy that checked us in was very professional, courteous and approachable which is something that I look for in a facility bc I’m a veteran who suffers from ptsd and anxiety any little thing triggers me but his tone of voice actually kept me sooth throughout the entire check in process.

The checkout individual was the total opposite not to mention he was assisting someone sitting at the computer while checking Me out at the same time. I said good morning with no reply back from him. This triggered my anxiety and offended me as well. He really needs to be sent back to customer service training. I would have had no problem with him saying give Me one moment Ma’am while he finished assisting the other customer at the computer station. When I walked up he seemed to be free to assist Me

I enjoyed the location and convience and proximity to everything. Room was clean

Checkout time was at 11:00am, and around 10:30ish while still in the room, the door opens and it's the cleaning lady -I was shocked. I immediately asked if I could help her and she replied, "I want to get started cleaning the room",...Unbelievable!! I asked her to leave, in which she did. I reported this to the gentleman at the desk as I checked out, he said he'd take care of it, whatever that meant.

THIS WAS A VERY NICE HOTEL BUT A LITTLE PRICIER THAN TWO OTHERS ON OUR TRIP SOUTH FROM CT

The return of the $100 you held. I took two rooms and one of the $100 was removed from my credit card in three days. I am still waiting for the second $100. The hotel tells me I have to deal with the credit card company. They are telling me I have to wait 7-10 days even though the first one was removed in three days.

Most everything

The only thing we didn't like was upon check out there were no luggage carts available for us to use. Both me and my husband are not able to carry a lot of items for long distances. We were staying on the second floor.My husband waited for over an hour going downstairs 4 times but no cart. He even mentioned to the front desk staff about the lack of carts but was not assisted in locating one.carts were available upon check in as we used one. We feel that the hotel should have more than two carts available given the size of this hotel.

We stayed 5 nights while in town for a family function. The beds were very comfortable. Both the hotel room and common areas were clean. All the staff we encountered from front desk to housekeeping were friendly and very helpful. The fitness center had a treadmill, an elliptical, a stationary bike and free weights, plus space for floor exercise. We did not use the outdoor pool but it looked to be clean and had an outdoor seating area. Breakfast had plenty of options (boiled eggs, yogurt, milk, oatmeal and grits packets, eggs, biscuits & gravy, potatoes, sausage, bacon, 3 kinds of cold juice, English muffin, bagels and bread, pancakes, Cinnabon rolls, several different pre-packaged pastries and muffins, fresh fruit) The coffee bar had Decaf and Regular coffee, hot chocolate mixes, and a selection of tea bags plus creamers, half and half, sugar and artificial sweetner.

The electronic door lock mechanism did not work properly. I think it is just worn out. Sometimes the key card worked on the first try, other times it took upwards of a dozen tries. We tried having keys replaced, but it is obviously the lock itself and not the key card being the problem. The bedside lamp switches were wired I wrong. No way to turn off or on only 1 side of the lamp at a time. The TV remote.worked to change the channel and for volume control but not for off or on. All these items were reported so hopefully they will be repaired soon.

Breakfast was ok, didn't have waffle or pancakes. If they did, I didn't see any. But I do like they had sausage gravy. The eggs were not good at all, watery taste, couldn't eat them. But over all glad they served breakfast.

I guess just the eggs for breakfast was the only I didn't like during our stay.
