We loved it, we visited for the 4th of July to watch fireworks on the beach and we could walk to everything! We parked and didn’t have to move our vehicle again until we checked out which was amazing! The rooms were very clean! The pool was awesome and under cover so you could get a break from the sun but still have fun. The breakfast was exceptional!

The only complaint I have is that it was not made clear that you would only get one parking pass. That really upset us as we had to drive two separate vehicles, we had to pay to park off of the property and we’re very uncomfortable with that! I would say to make sure you let people know that in advance so there’s not a complaint!

I did like the room and the vibe of the hotel , I just wished the rooms had balconies.. it's a great location not far from the beach you can walk to the beach in about 3 minutes.. it was only a one night stay that I booked while traveling. But it was a great room to get. Price was decent and the value of the room, the great shower, the amenities, etc. I loved it

If there where balconies it would definitely be a little more pricey maybe, but I really don't have much bad to say at all.. I enjoyed my stay.

The location was absolutely perfect…we were able to walk to the beach, and every restaurant we ate at. The hotel staff were very friendly, professional and down to earth. The made to order complimentary breakfast was so good, it felt like we had a private chef cooking for us. They also provided us with complimentary bikes that you can borrow for up to 2 hours. We rode them along the broadwalk which was also a really great area with people, shops and other hotels in the area. We felt very safe. The pool was almost like an indoor, outdoor area. It’s kind of small but most of the time we had it to ourselves, not to mention it’s a SPA TUB, so you can turn on the jets and sit along the wall of the pool and relax. Beds were very comfortable…we had a FULL KITCHEN with everything we needed in it. Overall our stay was a 10/10 and we look forward to staying here every time we visit Jacksonville.

The location was within walking distance to the beach and restaurants. It was extremely clean.

The breakfast was ok, but not something my kids would enjoy. It was fine because we were very close to several breakfast/brunch spots. Also my family wanted to enjoy the fire pits on the patio for the late evening, we asked two different front desk attendants to light them for us and they both agreed to come but never did. My kids were a little disappointed. We waited an hour then finally returned to our room.

Location, 1 block off the beach. Who could ask for more? Paid parking provided by the hotel was excellent and worth it. Hotel ‘house wine’ bar was unexpected, reasonable and tasty. Breakfast was better than other hotels visited. Chef did a good job. Hotel provided a variety of offerings at all stations.

View city side wasn’t great but quiet. Watched the drive thru at McDonalds.

I love the location of the property and how close it is to the beach. It’s also not far from shopping centers and the staff were amazing! The customer service is definitely amazing at this property.

I did not like the property had so many pets allowed but I was happy to notice how clean the property was and no bad odors. The staff does a good job cleaning the property and rooms.

We loved everything. This has been one of the best value hotels we have ever stayed. The hotel is new and extremely clean. The staff is awesome and welcoming. Shout out to Arianna and Angela, who made us feel at home from the first contact. The chef makes a different breakfast every morning. Never a dull breakfast. The rooms have fileted water. It is two blocks from the beach and surrounded by restaurants and bars.

There is nothing I didn't like.

The hotel staff was friendly and accommodating. The hotel itself was clean and beautifully designed. My room was spacious and comfortable for my family. The breakfast buffet was good as well.

I liked everything overall. Perhaps there could be more breakfast options for people who may not eat meat or who prefer not to have a sweet breakfast (pancakes, waffles, crepes etc). Everything else was great with breakfast.

Room: very spacious, very clean, well equipped (kitchenette); . Above all: front desk staff goes overboard the job: welcoming guests, efficient and courteous, caring for guests, always smiling. Josh: I am short of words to express my gratitude to you while I was staying there. You are doing an out…stand…ing job! . Decor: quite zen style, very soothing and peaceful environment near the beach (2 blocks) . Weekdays Happy hour: it is a nice bonus! I stayed there for two weeks, I felt like at home.

I would only have a suggestion: it would be nice if the carpet/rug in the lobby (where guests are having the “Happy Hour” and do some work) be vacuumed from time to time. I have seen crumbs and others on the floor for quite a few days.

Exceptionally nice employee. Very helpful. The cleanest hotel I’ve ever been in. It’s pet friendly but no odors or noise. Excellent gym. Delicious fresh breakfast daily. Free cocktail hour.

No ocean view but for the price walking one block was no big deal. No terrace or windows.
