Breakfast? Didn't know one was offered. We cooked our own.

The Villa itself could use some updates. Furniture a bit outdated and very “worn in”. Found a baby rattle from a previous visitor in somewhat plain sight so housekeeping seems a bit suspect. In addition, upon check in, we were surprised to be told that there was a seminar on buying time shares and felt a little pressure to attend because it was “encouraged”. We were there for vacation, not to be part of a 2/3 hour seminar. Lastly, on our last night, the pool area was closed for an hour or two for “maintenance”. I believe there was a “health” issue in the pool involving a toddler so understandable, but still a bummer.

The facility was nice and clean.

When we checked we were told that if we attended a 2 hour information session about Blue green vacations we would be gifted a trolley pass, 60 dollar gift card, a chance to stay at a Blue green resort. We went to the session. It was 3 hours and instead of an opportunity to learn about Blue green it was a hard sale session. Every person we spoke to said we were there just to learn about Blue green and have the opportunity to buy in. When we said no thank you (multiple times), there were many questions by 3 different people as to why we were saying no. All of the people we spoke to were very polite, but we were in town for 2 and a half days. We wasted half a day. Had we been told it would take longer than 2 hours, we would have skipped it.

I liked the ability to text back and forth with the staff to get quick answers to questions, requests and concerns Top of the line on response times each time.

The only thing that was even a minor issue was the ponding of rain water in front of our room ( 214) door after rains. It was mopped up and a wet sign put up after request but continued to occur Something in remodel at least needs to be done to correct slope of entrance to unit sidewalk.

The pool was huge, but not deep, which was ok with us because it was great for the kids and there was plenty of room even when there were lots of people swimming. There were plenty of activities on site and the amenities were great. The hotel had a basketball court as well as a tennis court, bbq grills, a playground, etc. There was something for everyone.

I would say the only thing I wasn't a big fan of was parking. There are plenty of parking spaces but they are a little tight especially for a large family with an SUV. It wasn't a huge problem, but I would advise anyone with small children, or who just need a little extra room to opt for a longer walk to park away from the crowd just to be safe.

The entire staff was incredible. No matter which it was, check-in, maintenance, housekeeping, groundskeepers, literally everyone would stop and say hi, smile and acknowledge every person they encountered. Very comfortable and spacious rooms. Hands down best resort we've stayed at. Close enough to all the hustle and bustle, but separate where you get peace and quiet too! Will be back.

Everything was as described on Booking.com. Our family of six had ample room in our two bedroom unit. It was a short drive to most places to eat and the grocery store.

I under estimated the time it takes to get to St. Augustine Beach or Anastacia Beach. We were able to manage tho.

Everything. Everyone was so so friendly, and helpful. They were so quick to answer any questions I had. The place e was so cream and was perfect for the family!

I wish they would have offered cocktails and appetizers by the pool. Otherwise, I would change nothing.

Beautiful property. Staff were accommodating and very kind. Love that it's near Daytona Beach and Jacksonville. The room was clean and comfy.

Room smells like cigarette smoke, but it was clean. Rooms should be designated, give a smoker a smoking room, nonsmokers a nonsmoking room.

Loved all the activities on site! We played tennis, ping pong, basketball, and shuffle board. Staff were amazing! Friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and clean. Loved the balcony overlooking the golf course. We were able to utilize a walking path. Grounds were well maintained.

Would love if they offered breakfast.

I do not think the room was the one I booked on Booking.com. it did not have queen beds or a balcony. The room they gave us was close to the pool. Just no place to sit outside at night.
