The room and hotel were excellent.

The staff were uninterested, never looked happy, and were sometimes quite rude. Just a look up when at the desk and a cheerful hello would have been appreciated. I asked if we could borrow a trolley to take our luggage up to our room, she lifted her head up and the response was “yes, but make sure you bring it back”. She then put her head back down! Very blunt.

I liked everything about this hotel, plenty of parking and all the restaurants where right there, about 5 minute drive max. I would definitely go back for another stay.

So my wife and I went to go get breakfast that is complimentary in the hotel. The baked goods looked nice, but where the cereal is, there were sugar ants and lost my appetite. As well as we stayed on the 3rd floor and we handed two pizza boxes to the cleaning people and she took them, then we were leaving to go downtown and went and stopped at the drink machine and the two pizza boxes where sitting next to it, along with a load of other trash. That was about the only dirty things outside the room. Inside the room, the only dirty part was that we found two or three roaches, but they weren't from being cleaned; usually, electric is what they are drawn to.

Good location just 20 minutes from historic St. Augustine. Room is of good size and quite comfortable. Breakfast is good but space is a bit tight so you have to wander around and wait for a while to get a table

Heavy construction and road work going on around hotel but obviously this is out of their control. But I must mention that because of this situation, it was messy/confusing to reach the property so hotel management should be aware of this and must place signs pointing out how to get to the property from the main road. Breakfast hours are 6 to 9 am but should be extended to 10 am like any other hotel.

The cleanliness of the facility and the friendliness of the staff. The breakfast was good. Although, I would have preferred turkey sausages as a healthier option.

I didn’t like that there were tiny ants around the food service area and on the tables in the dining area. The ants were in the cereals. They were crawling inside my husband’s bowl and they came off the table into the cereal bowl.

Pillows were awful, very small, more for decoration, not sleeping. Breakfast good, coffee station great. Everyone very nice and pleasant. I love your across from shopping area.

Everything was wonderful. We booked same day with a good price point and clean rooms. Close enough to historic downtown without all the crazy traffic of staying down town. Maybe a ten to fifteen minute drive down a straight road, not bad at all. We enjoyed our two night stay. Breakfast was good with a big variety and parking was free. Those two items are always a plus.

It was a quiet, clean hotel. We didn’t really know what to expect, and we were pleasantly pleased! Of course the free continental breakfast was nothing to write home about, but it put something in your stomach. The only bad thing in that area was the construction🤦‍♀️. The traffic became complete gridlock! It was definitely a nice stay on a budget friendly price!

Bed was very comfortable and breakfast was better than expected. Location was a little tricky due to construction nearby but that is not the fault of the hotel. Just enough parking available for guests. Were not able to use the pool due to blah weather, but it did look well maintained and clean. Would definitely visit again.

A few more parking places would help!

The lady at the front desk was very nice. Everything was nice and clean. I came there to visit a friend from out of town. I would definitely stay at your hotel again, without a doubt. The breakfast was delicious and their were a lot of choices. The experience that I had at your hotel I will never forget. You guys took my mind off of a bad event that I recently had in my life. Thank you so much. I will tell my friends.

Their was a weird small in the hallway on my floor. Other than that my experience was wonderful.

When I checked in, the front desk service was AWESOME. She was very pleasant and helpful.

When I had to check-out overnight, the night staff at front desk was lazy. I walked by and she was sitting and looked at me. I said, I'm checking out and her reply was simply "Ok" and looked as if I was bothering her. She told me to just leave the key on the counter. Didn't get up or anything. Asked if I needed anything or if I wanted a printed receipt... nothing. I was unsure where she wanted me to put the key, so I looked back at her to confirm...."place it here?" Again, not moving she just yelled "yeah, anywhere up there". Now I do understand, it was around 2am, but still it was night and day from my check-in to check-out experience. Customer service is key, even if you don't have to do anything , you should still make sure my stay was pleasant and there wasn't anything I needed.
