First time at a Home2 and it was great! The property is right of the highway and easy to find. Property is well maintained. Staff was nice. The room was spacious and clean. Our children loved the hot breakfast. We only stayed one night but we would stay again. It was just what we needed for our short stay.

The only two things that kept this from being a perfect experience were the pillows and the noise. The pillows were very flat and too soft. You can hear a lot of whats going on in the hallways in the room. Someone's dog was barking and slamming of doors/walls could be heard in the middle of the night.

Not enough parking came home late from a great night out in the downtown historic area and could not find one open spot. This is the first hotel that I saw this happen. Instead of parking and going to my room, I had to circle and circle the parking lot for a spot , I was not happy at all

Staff was amazing, friendly and attentive. Location was perfect close enough to everything at a great price. We come to St. Augustine often so this is definitely a new favorite with all the new construction in town. 15-25 minutes from all the attractions and the beach. Room comes with all the essentials for a family with littles no tub by my littles loves showers so that fine for us. Of course as always unlimited coffee in the lobby at all times....Yes Please

Everything was great, nothing to complain about our room was clean, all shared spaces were clean and the staff was great

Breakfast was fantastic. BBQ grills outside are available. Kitchen (no oven top), sink, dishwasher and some utensils. Dividing curtain between bed and other area. Everything is new.

Bathroom slide door handle and lamp in bedroom were broken. The room was dark because of this. Body soap and Conditioner were both empty. Found empty water bottle and unfixed bed part under the bed. Shower pressure was a little weak. Gym needs to be taken care b/c wet tissue ran out and floor was a little dusty. Self Laundry costs 3.50 for each washer and dryer.

Breakfast was good. Great location!

As a first-time visitor, I was unsure how the tour shuttle pickup worked. The back-and-forth communication was frustrating: I was initially told the front desk would call for a shuttle, but when I called the front desk for pickup, I was instructed to contact the tour center, only to be referred back to the hotel again.

Breakfast was really good and location accessible to 95 really convenient.

After checkout and the following day's they charge me 8 times the price in my banks account. But my husband pay in advance when we book 2 weeks before the stay. When we arrive they ask me for a deposit and I give my card for it and they use that transaction to charge me several times . My bank account now is overdraft and they charge me additional fees for it. And when I call the hotel there are nobody that can help or give solutions. The only answer is wait until Monday. I hope my bills can wait as well...

The hotel is beautiful! The room size is excellent with a full size fridge and all the kitchen utensils you might need. The fridge offered a freezer so we could freeze our ice packs! The lobby and outside areas were very nice.

The only issue we encountered here is there was essentially nothing for breakfast. No hot foods, no breads. A couple of yogurts very few pieces of fruit. The juice seemed to be watered down. You could make a waffle but the only choice for syrup was sugar-free. The woman working the food area was unapologetic. She just said it was a busy weekend. We stayed there over Sunday evening. I would think the management would have been aware of this shortage the prior morning and would have seen that some food was brought in! Other than this the hotel was absolutely lovely and I would attempt to stay there again.

The facility was extremely clean which is always nice. The area was easy to find

I had an issue with my room and was told that it would be compensated fully however because the receptionist did not create a report they only compensated me partially. The receptionist told me I could either move rooms or stay in the room and be compensated fully but the following day I was told that because we stayed in the room, and no record we would only be partially compensated

Convenient location. Clean. Breakfast was good.

The room thermostat is set on a motion sensor. So at night when sleeping and there is no motion in the room, the AC would not cycle and it got very hot. I had to get up multiple times to activate the motion sensor.

Location is fairly close to I-95 and not too far from Historic Augustine. I like the fact that there is a mall nearby.

Housekeeping needs to be make sure all shower dispensers are filled plus the appliances are cleaned after every stay.
