The room had a separate bedroom and two TV’s. Due to ongoing renovations, they gave me a room without a fridge, microwave , coffee maker or hairdryer. I didn’t really need any of these things and my impression was that it was an error . Also, the toilet seat had only one bolt holding it on so was a little tricky to use. Breakfast was eggs, bacon and lots of choice re breads, muffins etc. The strong coffee option had run out when I was there. Car and trailer were untouched overnight and there were convenient service stations and foid nearby.

In king suite there is a door between bedroom and living room area instead of just a half wall

No microwave or coffee maker in room. Also had to wait for 45 minutes for rooms to be cleaned when we arrived at 3:30 pm

Breakfast was good. Although the hotel was undergoing a rather extensive do over, we were not bothered by the activities.We had TV problems because of a power outage but it was resolved when I reported it.

I was very pleased with everything! The check-in process was also very smooth.

I wish the bathrooms had ventilation fans. It gets extremely hot and stuffy when showering.

The guest room size was perfect, the breakfast menu was ok and the location worked out well for me.

The quality of breakfast can be upgraded such as the brand of coffee or coffee machine.

We enjoyed the daily breakfast. The location was very convenient to every place that we visited and we visited a lot of places.

The room we were in was clean and comfortable. Everything worked like it should. The staff was friendly. The bathroom had been renovated.

The breakfast area ran out of food and had very little when we got there. Some items were missing. It looked like the desk clerk was trying to keep the area stocked with everything. Maybe they were shorthanded on employees that morning. The juice machine was out of order.

We didn’t do the breakfast, just because we didn’t eat that early and we was leaving but it looked good

The breakfast was really good. The air conditioner stopped working in our room and they had us in another room in 10 minutes right across the hall. The manager was very nice and took care of the issue so fast. That was excellent customer service. All the staff were friendly and asked if we needed anything. The room was very clean. We loved that there was a gas station and McDonald’s and Cracker Barrel in walking distance. We will definitely stay again and recommend y’all to our friends

Greeted by friendly efficient staff, very accommodating. Clean hotel. Breakfast was very good. Nice having coffee in lobby at all times.
