I like that it's decently prepared for guests but cleanliness wise I feel like it hasn't been deep cleaned in a while. The location is great approximately less than 30 mins to travel to places especially the ones downtown. This hotel as they call themselves "limited serviced hotel" so make sure to bring essentials such as shampoo and conditioner (they have travel mini ones but never get replaced after every use) will bill you if you ask for a towel. And has a deposit of $100 which $50 will be returned right away and $50 remaining will be after 28 days (not sure if that's BUSINESS DAYS). Luckily, when we travel I pack our own towels, and other essential items so I don't have to worry just in case. It's close to an adult store so I was worried if this place would be obnoxious and unsafe, but I had a restful sleep. I just noticed that some guests may have been living here like they have it as a studio type apartment. Locking the door wise is fine, but I had additional security things that I add there just in case.

I hope that they will upgrade the furniture, we had a wobbly table. The leather chairs were almost getting removed. Water pressure is low as well, took me a while to shower but they have hot/cold option.

It was a good location along Route 16, which takes you right into St. Augustine's historic Center, they had a pool, and it was quiet.

The check-in procedure was a little strange. As soon as I booked the room, they called and emailed asking what time I would arrive because no one is there after 9:00 p.m. So, I rushed to get there on time, but no one was there when I arrived. I had to make a few calls and send a few texts. I was about ready to cancel when a guy appeared and checked us in. He was very nice, and some things may have been beyond their control. For one thing, it looks like their normal office area was temporarily closed due to the highway construction. They also may be experiencing the same staffing shortages that a lot of the country is experiencing.

Great space. Clean. Great staff. We would stay again.

The downside was the location. Alot of construction and mud pulling into property. Plus, main highway few feet from our room. Several larger trucks driving by at night which we could hear.

I liked the cleanliness of the room , the people were nice and understanding , 100% would recommend

There really isn’t anything that I disliked about the hotel or service provided .

No TV guide to see how to view basic channel information, also no cups for drinks or ice machine

It was super clean and depicted JUST like the pictures! The manager was wonderful! So helpful and kind.
