First of all, accommodating us during the busy MLK weekend-bonus points. We had originally booked our stay at Villa 1565, and was disgusted by the room. Hampton Inn St. Augustine saved my family’s trip from terrible disappointment. This hotel was very clean, the staff were exceptional. Greeted genuinely by everyone, especially the front desk. Breakfast was excellent. The hotel was so comfortable that we decided to stay another night.

The only thing my was the location being a bit further away from the downtown attractions of St. Augustine. Was worth the drive, however since my family considered this hotel exceptional.

Breakfast was ok, nothing exceptional. Front desk staff very welcoming . Convenience!

Sheets on the bed would not stay on either side, need to spend the money, get sheets that fit. Bed was comfy! Little to no water pressure in sink, in the AM. Water pressure in shower no problem. I did report water issue to front desk, very receptive, wrote up work order.

location is good. breakfast is good. coffee and tea are good.

They did not clean the room daily and did not change towel daily. This is the only thing I am not satisfied. They do not have cable TV.

Close to the interstate. The staff are always great people.

Our room smelled very damp and dirty until we got the temperature of the room a little colder. Our whole floor had a musty, damp smell. I have never stayed at a Hampton Inn that smelled. Hampton Inn is always our standard.

I liked absolutely everything about the hotel. The staff was welcoming and friendly. The hotel was clean. The breakfast was hearty.

I stayed at the hotel, and during my stay, I didn’t notice anything negative. Everything was great, and I enjoyed my time there

The staff was amiable and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable.

The only thing I didn't like was the road construction to the hotel but that's the state of Florida problem not the hotel.

We really enjoyed the free contintal breakfast.

Breakfast was good and the bed was comfortable.

Road work makes it difficult to get to. Not the hotels fault. We stayed here almost 2 years ago and the same road work was a problem.

Price, location, clean

Curtains didn’t come down far enough to block out all light in room 308. Nearby floodlight light came in at bottom of curtains. Carpet in hall on 3rd floor in need of cleaning by elevator.

Clean and quiet.

Near 0 water pressure for a hot shower and the drain was extremely slow. This is the second Hampton Inn in the area that has had maintenance issues.
