The room had a separate bedroom and two TV’s. Due to ongoing renovations, they gave me a room without a fridge, microwave , coffee maker or hairdryer. I didn’t really need any of these things and my impression was that it was an error . Also, the toilet seat had only one bolt holding it on so was a little tricky to use. Breakfast was eggs, bacon and lots of choice re breads, muffins etc. The strong coffee option had run out when I was there. Car and trailer were untouched overnight and there were convenient service stations and foid nearby.

I booked really late after a long day of travel when my other sleeping arrangements fell through. The booking process was seamless and the price was right. The person at the desk who checked us in was incredibly helpful and kind. She offered us water and helped us quickly and efficiently.

The location was perfect as my friend and I were going to a concert in Jacksonville. Winston at the front desk was very helpful and professional! The hotel is located near plenty of restaurants and the outlet mall.

In king suite there is a door between bedroom and living room area instead of just a half wall

No microwave or coffee maker in room. Also had to wait for 45 minutes for rooms to be cleaned when we arrived at 3:30 pm

Breakfast was good. Although the hotel was undergoing a rather extensive do over, we were not bothered by the activities.We had TV problems because of a power outage but it was resolved when I reported it.

I was very pleased with everything! The check-in process was also very smooth.

I wish the bathrooms had ventilation fans. It gets extremely hot and stuffy when showering.

The location was great - close to plenty of restaurants, etc......my daughter and I were going to a concert at the Ampitheater and it was very close.

The guest room size was perfect, the breakfast menu was ok and the location worked out well for me.

The quality of breakfast can be upgraded such as the brand of coffee or coffee machine.

We enjoyed the daily breakfast. The location was very convenient to every place that we visited and we visited a lot of places.

Greeted by friendly efficient staff, very accommodating. Clean hotel. Breakfast was very good. Nice having coffee in lobby at all times.
