Location was great. Thats why we stay there. It is just off rt.#95, but you can't hear the noise of the highway. It is off the main road enough that we don't worry about people vandalizing our car - great! location. All other amenities are good. It is what we expect in this type of property for traveling through. Breakfast included is good feature - food is what we expect on the road.It also had a nice pool if you wanted to relax and swim.

The staff were super amazing. They were just starting a remodel the day we checked out and breakfast was different and they gave my kids a bag of bananas as an apology. Everything was better than expected and they were getting ready to do a complete remodel of the whole hotel

Very clean. More comfortable bed than we usually experience in a hotel. Breakfast choices were great. Everything well stocked and someone there to assist the entire time of service.

The only thing is the check in process was very slow. Yes - we checked in around 4 p.m. but it did take about 30 minutes to get into our room.

The room was clean, and the majority of staff was great. The room attendant was awesome along with all the reception desk but one person. I'd stay again if that person wasn't working. I didn't get a chance to use the pool or jacuzzi due to the rain but if I come back I'm sure I would.

There was one older gentleman with white hair and a moustache who was horrible to my 77 yr old mother. He was arguing with her and told her she was a liar. My mom called me and I came directly down to fix the situation. He changed his attitude as soon as he saw me. I refuse for anyone to be rude or totally disrespect my mother. It takes a lot for her to get upset, so he must've pushed every button possible. Also there were about big ten ants walking around. There were two or three in the bed but it looked as if they might be dying.

The room, pillows, and bed was very comfortable. I did not hear anyone from the adjoining room, the hallway or the floor above.!! The breakfast was decent and typical.

Wished they offered chilled water at breakfast. Also it was 9:10 on Sunday (Breakfast ended at 10:30), the attendant took away the empty muffin tray and cleared that section up.

Great location, about 1/2 mile off the 95 exit. Very clean room and the breakfast was good and hot.

The mattresses definitely could use some updating, ours was very soft I think they have gotten the use out of the ones in room 317 and there was someone else at the front desk asking to change their room because of the mattress.

From the moment we walked in you could tell this was a professionally managed property. The front desk member greeted us and was extremely polite and had excellent attention to detail. The property was clean and comfortable at every turn. The breakfast very nice too. Great wi-fi and plentiful parking. Location super for shopping or yummy places to eat. Will return.

Very clean hotel. Super nice and helpful front desk staff. Easy access to highway and anything you’d like to do in St. Augustine. Nice breakfast with good healthy options. Good coffee!

Pull out bed wasn’t too comfy. AC was a bit loud

The location was easy access form I 95 , The hotel was being remodeled but we were just resting for the night. Breakfast was ok. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was very pleasant.

Friendly and kind staff. Free breakfast is great when traveling with a large family. Hotel is clean and in good location.

The beds are small and bit uncomfortable. They need to make the immediate upgrade.
