The access for food was not adequate. People were looking to get something to eat, and everything was closed in the middle of the day. Other hotels I've stayed in always had coffee available in the lobby. This hotel does not offer any. The gift shop sells coffee but has unreliable hours. Early risers would like a coffee at 5 AM. Their gift shop is supposed to open at 6AM but did not until almost 6:30. That aspect of the hotel was very disappointing.

The staff was awesome from the beginning to the end of our stay. John, Chris, and Melissa were very helpful and pleasant. I In this day and time, it's hard to find people with great customer service skills, but they exceeded our expectations. We will definitely stay there again and recommend other people to this hotel because of the service provided, especially by them, room service and the staff as a whole.

Well, just wished they had a microwave in the room. (Minor dislike.)

Breakfast was standard fare. Not impressive.

Self parking was poorly laid out. Valet parking simply left my truck in the fire lane adjacent the check in area overnight. As a retired fireman, I was unimpressed. I valet "parked" because of a leg injury that made it difficult to walk the 150 yards from the nearest parking space. Extremely poor value at $25. Body wash in my shower was empty.

The hotel itself was absolutely beautiful. The room was really nice. The restaurant and having a bar there in the lobby and a gift stop with a Starbucks was perfect.. and the staff was very nice and accommodating. We were there for our daughters wedding at the Crystal ballroom so the location was conveniently perfect. And it was really nice and very helpful to be able to get our room early that morning before the wedding rather than after the wedding at 4:00. I would also like to thank the hotel staff for upgrading our daughter and her new husband to a beautiful suite with a beautiful view. We took some nice picks that evening from their balcony.

Our view. We didn't come for the view but had we.. we would have asked for another room. It was horrible. We are usually picky about our balcony view because we like to sit out there at night and have a drink and in the morning have our coffee but because.it overlooked the lower roof that was so noisy there was no way we could possibly sit out there or even open the curtains lol. Fortunately we were able to enjoy a drink at the bar and coffee with our breakfast at the restaurant in the lobby we don't usually complain but for the cost to stay there and it being such a beautiful place I expected a better and quieter view. Outside of that. Everything was wonderful and would definitely stay there again

We stayed for three nights and enjoyed a great dinner for Valentine’s Day. The smiling staff, clean rooms, easy access to the building, and plenty of parking made for a pleasant stay. As a bonus, there is a Buckey’s across the street when exiting. It’s definitely worth the money.

Great place for a short getaway. Caddy Shack and hotel restaurant are available for eating for those who don’t drive. Bautiful surrounding.

World Golf Village is not as bustling as it used to be. Golf Hall of Fame, IMAX, and shopes are permantently closed. There’s nothing else for the guests who don’t drive.

We did not have the breakfast but we did experience the BEST customer service ever at a chain hotel. There was a mix up in our reservation between booking.com and the hotel so we had to get that sorted out and in the end, we got a lovely little suite with a fabulous view and plenty of in-room coffee (top-notch quality) and water. The porter, John, was so helpful and he really went above and beyond with several trips re: our luggage plus tips and advice on things to do in the area. The concierge, Aly, was also extremely helpful in that regard and she helped us plan our itinerary for the next day and found us a wonderful little restaurant for dinner. She spent 20 minutes going over our maps with us and marking the places we should see.

They charge $12.00 serf parking per day or $25.00 for valet parking . Why is Mariott charging guests for parking? I'm a frequent traveler, and this is the first time I have to pay for parking as a guest.

Great location friendly stuff. A couple of different restaurants to use. Coffee shop inside Starbucks. Towels were very nice and large. Beds Soso soft pillows. I would stay again.

Added $12 parking fee daily . You are paying to stay. Why should you charge a parking fee to your quest.

The location and amenities.

The rooms seemed a little dated and didn’t match the rest of the resort. Our bathtub had rust around the faucet and the toilet was cracked. The air didn’t really ever cool the room down it just kind of made it tolerable.
