freezer door was interfered with by the wall, the gap is small enough for the fridge but not large enough to open the door. Icemaker is evidently not attached to water. The door problem may be handled by reversing the door, but I doubt it. I'm not in the room to relook at that problem.

We loved how clean the hotel was. Our room was spacious and the bed was cozy. The pullout couch/bed was large. The kitchen was perfect for a long weekend. Jill did a wonderful job with breakfast, it was excellent! I would and have recommended this hotel! We will definitely be back!

The toilet was located in the restroom and with a clear shower "wall" only one person could use the restroom at a time. But not a huge issue.

The hotel and location was great! The only complaint I had was the elevator not working. That was a inconvenience when trying to transport luggage and other items I had for a party that was nearby. Other than that the hotel was very clean and comfortable.

Very clean, state of the art accommodations. Floorplan makes good use of space. Large where it counts while not giving up on quality furnishings and décor. EXCELLENT location. Very safe as well. In fact such a nice feel trumped the lackluster "Breakfast Buffet" we experienced. So much so, we still give this hotel high ratings!

1. Hotel has NO entrance awning. At check in, our umbrella's provided little cover from a very typical Florida afternoon downpour, while navigating from the car to the lobby of the building. 2. "Hot buffet" offered 4 covered heated options: A plastic wrapped waffle, A plastic wrapped egg soufflé, An English muffin with egg/cheese with the bottom bun so hard it could not be eaten and a final tray of sausage patty's with no single egg option available. Nothing fresh in baked goods either. All in all, poor product choice and poor product presentation.

Comfortable, clean and great breakfast.

One bedside lamp was not working. (In a Sunday night) Called desk and she said she'd me let maintenance know. Would have liked some free water bottles since the water in st Augustine is a weird flavor.

Shower, the water, how everything in the room was clean and organized and little things we thought of.

The only thing that I didn't quite care for was that the breakfast. Every time we had gone down, it wasn't full and out of what we wanted.

Beautiful, well situated, a good price, room was spacious, beautiful and clean. Staff were very friendly. Breakfast was really nice.

The set up of the room was great! It had a nice kitchen, living area, 2 queen beds, a desk and the bathroom was spacious

The bed pillows could be better

The hotel was clean and my room was available upon arrival. Staff was amazing and did everything to make my stay better.

sofabed was wet and the chair for the desk was dirty/ had multiple stains. The pool is small.

Rooms looked amazing and staff was professional. Very informative and inviting. Diamond and Tory are amazing!

No tweezers! Basic grooming supplies would be considerate. Brush, comb, tweezer, nail file, deodorant, mouthwash...all would be great in the hotel shop.
