Hotel staff at the front desk, deleted my confirmation at another hotel. Because your hotel was booked up. And the hotel that I’m staying at and mentioned that I was a elderly lady. I did not like being called that and talking to the other hotel that I was going to go to. That is rude right in front of me saying that. This makes me don’t want to come back to this hotel after being treated like that:

Friendly staff, comfortable room, large bathroom. Location is great, lots of shopping and restaurants. Breakfast was really good, lots to choice from.

There was about a 2 1/2 inch gap under the door to the adjoining room. Did not feel that with the gap our room was private. We could hear the guests talking in their room as if they were in our room.

This hotel has everything we needed for a short rest stop. The hotel was clean and tidy. Super friendly staff and convenient located right next to many restaurants, and even a gass station. The breakfast was very good too.

Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Nice large elevator that was clean and working very comfortable rooms. I love the fact I could make my own pancakes. That was cool.

I thought the price was a little high, but not for that area

the view of the swamp or forest out the window and the comfy bed.

I didn't like being charged twice for my one night stay and still waiting on booking to refund me. I really hate to open a credit card dispute.

Very clean hotel and the breakfast was excellent. In addition, the staff were very friendly and helpful which is fantastic.
