The facility was great.

I came in very much wanting a candy bar. The 3 choices they had all contained peanuts which I can not eat…. Very disappointing…. Vending machines only contained drinks…. I was very unhappy Getting off the elevator originally and very tired, there were no signs as to the direction of the rooms. I have never seen this omission before. There was no information about TV channels and everything said digital. I ended up not happily watching 3 episodes of the same show. The next morning I realized the “regular channels”,abc, cbs, and nbc, were available “sometimes” on the low channels. A channel written guide would have avoided my discontent and made made my stay much more pleasant.

The front desk staff were all super friendly and accommodating! The facilities were clean along with our room. Loved the swimming pool area that was part inside and part outside. Beds were comfy although a little firm.

Breakfast was the worst! It was unfortunate that both the waffle maker machines were not working properly. The waffles would not be baked all the way through. The waffle mix was soupy. Kitchen staff was nice though! Oh and I saw a roach in the laundry room…ew! 🤪

The room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was ok. The staff was very pleasant and professional.

Didn't like the fact I was charged a different amount that my reservation was with "Booking dot com" They do not respect. Even though it was a small difference, it's the principle. The staff said it always happen. Well it was a first for me after using this reservation website for 15 years and hundreds of booking! I will call on Booking dot com to look into this.

The shower didn’t work in one of the rooms we booked but the staff quickly fixed the issue by moving us to another room. The staff were very pleasant. The breakfast was delicious and hot. The key card for one of the rooms kept having to be remade, which was not good. The pool area was closed, we were disappointed about that being that it was specified when we booked.

We did not eat breakfast at the hotel took my fiance out for breakfast. To celebrate her birthday but it smelled and look delicious at the hotel just had other plans. But I heard of the guests say the breakfast was great

There was nothing that I really didn't like everything was great love it and the price was was awesome for two nights. Looking forward to coming back to the hotel for another weekend getaway

We like the people they were very nice and helpful and got us anything we needed. I also liked the ice machine the fact that the pool was indoor and how easy it was to check in and out

The pool seemed like it really needed a good clean .... The water was murky and there was mildew and mold on the cement as well as the ceiling and it smelled like it needed to be ventilated... There was mold and mildew on the shower curtain as well as the ceiling There was a big stain on the carpet as well as the carpeting looked like it was being ripping up. And one of the couches had a stain on it which was kind of gross We also had a towel that had black stuff on it which probably just needed to be thrown out

The location is right off the highway. Not far from downtown Savannah. The nightly price was within my budget

Okay maybe this was an oversight..time will tell . I paid for my hotel room online through booking.com and the hotel also charged me when asked for a credit card for holding purposes . I asked the lady at the desk why and she said for incidental purposes...so when I get home 2 charges are pending..like I said maybe an oversight but I will be calling the hote Monday morning to be sure ...I'm not gonna be charged twice for my hotel stay.

Schevaughn, the clerk at the desk was outstanding. He was courteous and patient.. we got lost on the way there and he patiently guided us in while he was taking care of guests at the same time. We also are traveling with very expensive electric bikes on the back of our car and he told us where we could park near the front so he could keep an eye on them throughout the night. He should be training others and how to do the job he was outstanding. Always smiling no matter how many people were standing in line.

The room, Bed, and breakfast were all great. This is the 2nd time I have stayed while traveling back and forth from Florida. We have marked it as our favorite place.

The only thing I didn't like and it upset my stomach were the eggs. Very watery tasting. They didn't even taste like eggs. The rest of the breakfast was great. Next time I won't eat the eggs.

I really like the staff when we checked in.

I called down the night before checkout to ask for a late check out and was told she could not do that. However, my friend went to the car for something came in and asked who did I speak to, and I said a young lady that sounded Hispanic and they said the lady that checked us in was down there now. So they called downstairs she answered and said of course you could could have late check until 12 noon. I knew all hotels had late check out and the one that said no she could not do that hadn't even checked with anyone to be certain. That would be my only complaint. Other than that the stay was fantastic.
