Beautiful, comfortable room. Excellent location. The room is perfect to have space and relaxing. Shower pressure amazing!!!!!

We did have a roll in shower room. Which was great for size. Wish the closet for hanging cloths wasn't in the bathroom with shower and toilet. The shower was great, but every shower flooded the floor. The drain was uphill instead of somewhere that would catch the water. We were annoyed to have to clean the floor or build a damn with towels trying to help control the water.

Excellent, complete breakfast choices and it was not the same everyday! Staff was responsive when we needed any additional towels or any other supplies. It was very nice to have the kitchen and living room area to hanging out in and do some basic food prep. Loved having a full size coffee pot in the room as well! Convenient location to Keenland and the Bourbon Trail-many places within a short drive. The hotel is also situation next to a very nice shopping and restaurant area.

I know it says the kitchen is "fully stocked", but really it's got a few basics-4 place settings (no extra), a couple basic pots/pans, glasses and a few utensils-I would say its sparingly stocked. Thankfully the breakfast area always had out extra plates and plasticware if needed. We also stayed 4 nights, but our room was only serviced 2x....we were out of the room by noon each day, so not exactly sure what happened. Had to take out our own trash and asked for fresh towels once.

The staff was super friendly, helpful, and accommodating; the facility was clean, warm and welcoming. O really enjoyed the veiw of the courtyard and the amzing complementary breakfast, probably the best hotel breakfast ive had! And the shower was awesome! It was very clean and the water pressure was amazing, and the pool wasnt too cold to go for a swim with the kids, even tho it was super cold out during our stay! My family and i will definitely choose this hotel for future Lexington stays!

From the moment we walked in the door, we were met with warmth and openness. The lobby was modern and clean. The best thing was the room itself. There was a little kitchenette that I'm not used to finding in hotels like this. The room was clean and spacious. Of all my travels, these were my favorite pillows. The kitchen staff had coffee ready well before the breakfast area was scheduled to open.

The breakfast area is scheduled to open later on Saturdays than weekdays. This caught me off guard so we arrived too early for a proper breakfast. The times are posted, it was my fault for missing that weekend breakfast starts later. My wife told me I had to leave the pillow behind.

The laundry facilities were nice. The rooms were spacious and the kitchenette was a great option for fixing a meal to avoid eating out every night.

The floors were thin and you could hear people walking all times of the day and night. It shook the walls and headboard against the wall vibrating the bed. Also the breakfast areas and main entryway had some sticky substance that made shoes stick to the floor. Needed mopping for several days.

The beds and pillows were extremely comfortable! The room was huge with a full kitchen. The shower was huge and nice. They had dove personal care items for shower and sink. The price and location were great. the room was giant.

The microwave was dirty, and literally had a huge piece of chocolate melted on it. I put it in the dishwasher where I found more dirty dishes. I ran it and it was fine. I did get a little weirded out about the vent in the shower because it was kind of like a a/c vent but I checked it and closed it and it was fine.

Everything was good. Breakfast was nice. Had about everything you could want if they didn’t run out of food. Knowing they had a full hotel should had plan better. Sometimes you had to hunt some down for coffee and or creamer etc when it was empty. Check in could been more information given not just your key and room number. Wasn’t told anything else. But I had to call the office for extra towels and they were right there. It’s a nice hotel and would stay there again.

No information about the hotel like check out time . Nothing about the breakfast as far as times. Not very friendly checking in. Need more help checking people in when you know your hotel is booked full.

The lobby and dining area is warm and welcoming. It's decorated beautifully. Our room was roomy and comfortable. Everything was clean. We were greeted as we entered and she took great care of us. Absolutely will return.

Everything was absolutely perfect. I can't think of anything that could have been done better. We left feeling rested and rejuvenated. Truly one of the best experiences we have.

We loved the kitchen in our suite. It had a fridge, two burner stove, microwave and fully stocked silverware and dishes. Plus, it also had a kitchen sink and a dishwasher. It was beyond anything I expected.

When I took a shower it was slippery. I could not seem to rinse it enough to make it not slippery. Also, around the edge of where the sink meets the countertop, there was a sort of brown grime I washed off when I washed up the dishes.

the room was nice and common area too.

I was upset I had reservation and they could not find it. So I had to get another room and cost was more than I original purchase and then I was called they found my reservation and they cancel it and kept the one I just got which cost me more money I feel I should of pay no more than my original reservation cost.
