This is my sixth year staying at this hotel, every 4th of July. I make sure that I book with you guys. I love that you guys know who I am when I come in and I'm able to come in a little earlier for my reservation, just because I am coming from out of town. You guys are the best even though it's been through 2 managers. I believe, but I've met them and they are very welcoming. The staff is great. I can't remember the young lady who has been there from day one. She knows that I come in for every 4th of July. She's always welcoming in. I'm making me feel right at home. And even with the new staff as well, I appreciate everybody that works there way to go 5 stars here and 5 stars for a Google review that gives you guys 10 stars, overall, I've never had a problem. And you guys always offer to do the additional discounts for me. As well.

The staff were great. Very friendly and welcoming. The rooms were clean and up to the standard for the money. Of course, they could use a little updating but it was a good value for the money experience. The bedding was a good quality but the pillows could use upgrading to memory foam for more support. The hot breakfast was good. Lots of choices. Location was good but made it tricky to get around being on a divided highway.

the stay was very comfortable and the Abdul at the front desk made the check-in and checkout very smooth. there was same menu for breakfast on all 3 days of my stay but it was good. overall a great stay with nice and clean rooms

The layout of breakfast area was congested with very few seating one of the days the hot water was not working and I believe it was on 13th and it was like that the whole day

Breakfast was decent. Staff was nice. Climate control system was great. Seemed relatively clean.

Overpriced. That room should cost no more than $150/night. It’s an old building and is overdue for remodel. Bathrooms in particular need serious help. Other than that, only major complaint was the single entrance/exit.

My daughter had competitions at the expo so we needed a room for the night and this had breakfast so I went with it to save a few dollars lol I read some reviews and it was accurate to what they were saying it was clean and smells of some fragrance the room was clean and cozy staff was nice the breakfast was pretty good and fresh

I don’t really have any complaints however o was skeptical of the 2 reviews that stated bedbugs I checked the bed and everything before we slept and just for my conscious I woke up a few times to see if I would see anything it everything was fine no bugs or bites

The location The fragrance in the front lobby was wonderful The complimentary fusion water was good and Breakfast.

How the doors to the rooms close very loud The sheets on bed had dirt spots on them. No staff on weekend. When room was clean Monday the same sheets remain on the bed. I went to go check out at 3:30 am the front staff person was sleep at the desk did not acknowledge me did not ask how was my stay or Thank me for staying the key was left on the counter. I walked out.

breakfast was good and the location was also good but it entrances needs improvement for safe entrance and exiting so close to highway.

need more camaras so that when someone pull the fire alarm, we know who did it. returning back from a long evening and finding out that your hotel was on a fire call.

Location was good but the staff was amazing & friendly. Probably I get a chance to meet with the owner or the top man in the property who was very humble and courteous.

The beds mattress needs to be rotated as it's becoming slop which creates unease while sleeping

Bed was comfortable The guests we respectful and not as loud as some hotel guests Breakfast was more than expected especially when others are offering muffins and to go bags

The toilet was too low The orange juice was watery The potatoes weren't fully cooked, but they were seasoned good

Friendly staff and cleanliness . Perfect location . Sheets smelled good and pillows were great i slept well.

I don’t like the accommodation tax! Also the price I get quoted online isn’t what’s charged when I pay at the front desk. I don’t care though the hotel is centrally located around my travel areas and it’s my first choice when I come in from out of state.
